"Y'know Boss, for some reason, I don't think the wind is disagreeing with you on that one," Northy said, scratching his wispy red beard. "I wonder why that is… Reminds me of this feeling that a woman used to give me…"
By this point, Harland or Borne would usually have been there to shut Northy up before he launched into a story about another one of his women. At this point, though, Vol was too preoccupied with thought to summon up the effort necessary to stop him.
"She used to have the wind blowing about her, she did. Or at least, the wind blew me, whenever I thought of her. So I kept visiting. Even got a child by her. But the strangest thing kept happening, y'know? Every time I went to see her, when I was finally there, in her bed, the wind would leave me, even though it had brought me along," Northy said, rambling.
