"No," Leviticus said with a smile, as something clicked, "but to defeat the Freuds with so few men, against those sort of walls… they'd need considerable cunning. This, gentlemen, is that considerable cunning. Behold, the face of our true enemy," he said, as he pointed at the flames. He almost seemed excited.
For that reason, more than any others, despite knowing that it was a trap, he gave the order. "We will attack, and we will defeat them," Leviticus declared.
"But you just said—" Titus stumbled, thrown off by Leviticus' youthful change of mind.
"I have changed my mind," Leviticus declared. But in truth, what he'd merely done was evaluate his opponent's strength. Now he knew the surprise that they had in store for them, the trap didn't seem quite so powerful. Besides, he had the men to spare in something reckless – this would be a good victory, and he would achieve it, as he always did.
