In a Naruto world 200 years after the events of Boruto, transformed by technological advance, ninjas have been pushed into the shadows and discriminated against by the modern population.

At the age of 15, Raziel grows up in poverty and solitude, as one of the last remaining ninjas.

The disappearance of Akatsuki and Pain, who had once brought peace to the Land of Rain, has given way to chaos and suffering. Raziel's destiny changes tragically when his mother is killed before his eyes by the villagers who despise them.

This tragedy awakens the Rinnegan in Raziel, giving him a power he never knew he had. Broken by grief and anger, Raziel decides to take his destiny and that of the ninjas into his own hands, determined to restore lasting peace to the world, whatever the cost.

Raziel is ready to begin his quest to recreate Akatsuki, the once-dreaded organization that worked for the sake of peace. Convinced that the peace established in Naruto's time, based on mutual understanding, had failed in the long run, he believed that strength and determination were needed to change the world.
