I frown, Shadow and Chaos had a different father? By the looks on everyone's faces this was news to them as well. "He wasn't a nice man, he was a danger to you boys, your mother as well." Headmaster Heartfire continues. "With certain revelations coming to light, I believe he may be involved in the "death" of our little Scarlett here." I bite back a giggle at his use of finger quotes before his words sink in.
"What are you talking about? I have no clue who their father is! What the fuck would he want with me anyway?" His only reaction to the language is a slight raise of his eyebrow.
"I don't have all the answers at the moment Rose dear, but with your help I think we may be able to get there."
