I knew the moment she kissed me everything would be okay. It was the missing piece to the endless puzzle that seemed to be our lives. She had broken that damn curse he had over her, every last bit of it. Somehow it had broken the same curse over my brothers.
She had her full powers back, she had her men by her side. My girl was fucking unstoppable now. My brothers are still weary of me, and I don't blame them. I would be to if I were in their shoes.
All would be right in the world, once Alix was dead. I just hope the rest of us came out unscathed.
Morning shone bright and early the next day, I groan and roll over in bed, today was the day. No one knew where we were going, or what would happen when we got there, we needed to be prepared for anything and everything. With that in mind I crawl out of bed and get ready for the day ahead.
