Chapter 1 - Chapter -1

Dwani's POV:

Hi everyone, my name is Dwani. I am an orphan, and my journey started when I was left at the door of this orphanage. Ever since that day, this place has been my home. But today, I'm leaving this orphanage behind because it's meant for school children, and I have finished my schooling with top marks.

I am thrilled to share that I have been granted a scholarship to pursue MBBS at Sanjeevani College. It's a dream come true for me, and I'm incredibly grateful for this opportunity. The scholarship will cover a significant portion of my expenses, but I still have to pay for half of the amount required to stay in the hostel.

As of now, I have secured a hostel room, which will serve as my accommodation during my college years. However, it's not provided for free, so I need to contribute financially. It's a small price to pay considering the support I have received through the scholarship, and I am determined to make the most of this chance to study medicine and build a better future for myself.

While I am excited about my college journey, I do have concerns about what will happen after I complete my education. As an orphan, I don't have a family or a permanent place to call home. But for now, I am focusing on my studies, hoping that along the way, I'll find opportunities and support to navigate the challenges that lie ahead.

I am grateful for the experiences and opportunities that have led me to this point, and I am optimistic about the future. I believe that with dedication, hard work, and a little bit of luck, I can create a life that I've always dreamed of, even without a traditional family to lean on.

As I prepare for my new journey, I find myself facing the reality of financial constraints. While I have secured a job at a nearby restaurant, the salary is low, especially since I am new to the workforce. In order to pay for my hostel room, I realize that I may have to make sacrifices, and one of them could be cutting down on my food expenses.

I gather my belongings and pack my bags, ready to embark on this new chapter of my life. It's disheartening to know that I don't have any friends, as it seems people are hesitant to befriend an orphan like me. However, I take solace in the fact that I have my faith in Lord Krishna, who has been my constant companion and source of strength.

With my bags packed, I bid farewell to everyone at the orphanage. My uncle, who has been like a family to me, has kindly arranged a cab for my journey. I wave goodbye to familiar faces, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness as I step into the cab.

After a long and tiring seven-hour journey, I finally arrive at the hostel.

I walked into the warden's office with a mixture of excitement and nervousness. The prospect of starting a new chapter of my life in the hostel was both thrilling and daunting. The warden greeted me with a warm smile and handed me the hostel admission form.

As I took the form in my hands, I couldn't help but feel a surge of anticipation. I carefully read through the questions, ensuring I provided accurate and honest answers. It was important to convey my preferences and needs, as they would shape my experience in the hostel. Once I finished filled the form I thanked the warden and handed it back to her.

The warden looked over the form and nodded approvingly. "Thank you, Dwani. You've completed the form well. Now, please wait in the lounge, and we will process your application," she said kindly.

I made my way to the lounge, finding a comfortable spot to settle in. The room was filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation, as other prospective hostel residents chatted amongst themselves, waiting for their turn. Some were alone, like me, while others came with their families. It was a diverse group of individuals, each with their own unique story to tell.

Time seemed to pass quickly as I immersed myself in my thoughts. Soon enough, the warden appeared in the lounge, holding a list of names. "Dwani," she called out, and my heart skipped a beat. It was my turn.

I followed the warden to his office, my pulse quickening with each step. The warden smiled at me reassuringly as he reviewed my application once more. "Congratulations, Dwani," he said, his voice filled with genuine warmth. "Your application has been approved, and we are happy to welcome you to our hostel family."

Relief washed over me, quickly replaced by a surge of excitement. I thanked the warden profusely, expressing my gratitude for the opportunity. Leaving the office with a spring in my step, I couldn't wait to embark on this new adventure, knowing that the hostel would become more than just a place to live—it would be a home filled with camaraderie and growth.

The warden. shows me my room. It's a modest space, containing two beds, two cupboards, two tables, chairs, and a bathroom. I quickly arrange my clothes, realizing that I only have a limited number of outfits, just five pairs of clothing.

Though the room may be small and my possessions may be limited, I am grateful to have a roof over my head and a place to call my own during my time at college. I remind myself that this is just the beginning, and with determination and hard work, I can strive for a better future. As I settle into my new surroundings, I feel a mixture of anticipation and uncertainty, but I am determined to make the most of this opportunity and build a brighter tomorrow.

As I lie in bed, ready to drift off to sleep, the door of my room suddenly opens. I am greeted by a girl who exudes beauty and stylishness. It dawns on me that she must be my roommate. I introduce myself and learn that her name is Sruthy. She has a lively and talkative personality, as she starts sharing stories about her travels and how her parents insisted on her joining this college. Hearing about her parents brings a pang to my heart, but I quickly brush aside those thoughts.

Knowing that tomorrow is our first day of college and also the beginning of my job, I realize the importance of getting a good night's rest. I express my intention to sleep early and hope for a peaceful night. While I settle down in bed, Sruthy continues to use her mobile phone. I don't have one of my own, so I try to ignore the distractions and focus on falling asleep.

Vedant's POV:

Hey everyone, it's Vedant here only son  of my parents jeyaram and parvathy Varma and the heir to sanjeevani college and hospital but no one knows that because I want to enjoy my college days peacefully without any drama.

I'm feeling a bit down because my holidays are coming to an end, and I have to return to college soon. Last month was incredible because I had the opportunity to go on a vacation to Bali with my parents. We had an amazing time, and I miss those carefree days already. But hey, it's time to focus on my dream of becoming a doctor, and that's something I'm really excited about.

Although I'm looking forward to the new college year, I can't help but miss my friends Adithya Deepak Sneha and riya . The bond we share and the memories we've created together mean a lot to me. I know that I'll make new friends and have great experiences, but there's always a special place in my heart for the friends I've left behind.

Tomorrow is the fresher's day, and I'm really looking forward to it. It's an opportunity to meet new people, make connections, and have a lot of fun. I have high hopes that this event will kickstart an amazing college experience filled with laughter, learning, and wonderful memories.

With thoughts of the fresher's day in my mind, I eventually drift off to sleep, hoping for an exciting and enjoyable start to the new academic year.
