Casiano's fingers caressed the report as he tapped lightly on the paper, seemingly deep in thought.
After a moment of contemplation, he picked up the report and asked Don, "When was this tested?"
Don respectfully replied, "It was quite some time ago, sir, George had it done."
Which meant that this DNA test report was old and couldn't be used as current evidence.
Casiano tossed the report aside and ordered Don with a cold voice, "Don't tell her about this yet. Go and find a way to get hair samples from Gordon Collins and Mia. Only after you've done the DNA test yourself and have the results should you report back to me."
Alla firmly believed that Audrey had not betrayed Gordon Collins, but the information they had uncovered so far suggested otherwise.
To protect her faith in her sister, it was better to fully investigate before telling her.
