"Mr. Davies, Alla," Maggie began, upon reaching them. "Larry Brown's visit this evening was motivated by his desire to ascertain the whereabouts of Audrey." Alla, upon hearing this, hastily signaled Casiano to set her down. Once firmly on her feet, she regarded Maggie with a furrowed brow. "What could his interest be in the location of my sister?" she queried, considering whether Larry's recognition of her was because he had previously known her sister.
