Even though Elsa had not yet officially started working in the hospital, HR already gave her, her badge so she could check with her VVIP patient, Marina.
As promised, Elsa went to the hospital the next not only to check Marina's condition but also to grant Marina's request to see her kids. As much as she wanted to leave the kids at home, she couldn't.
She didn't have enough time to hire a nanny and she knows how Marina adored her children. She had been a great help when she gave birth to the twins. She willingly stayed with her during the first few months after they were born until they were big enough for her to go back to work.
