"You are already mated, Your Highness." Laureen's grandmother said, shocking everyone in the room.
"What do you mean mated? How did that happen? Chris never marked me!" Elsa exclaimed not liking the old woman's statement.
"Sometimes other werewolves like to hide their mark especially if they are in a place where no other werewolf could smell the person they marked. Could it be that someone else marked you?" Laureen's mother, Inez Laura boldly asked.
"Impossible! I should have known it and Chris was the first werewolf that I met," Elsa retorted.
"Then let's see who marked you," Laureen's mother's hands suddenly became engulfed in flames and Arla quickly stood in front of Elsa.
"Stay away from her my lady, there's no need to protect her. My daughter-in-law knows what she's doing," Laureen's grandmother said.
