Back in the present where Luffy is poking (Y/N) in the cheeks repeatedly, asking him to join his crew as they are pulling a wagon full of food heading to the village. It can be seen that (Y/N) grew a big vein in his forehead not minding the pirate's plan for recruitment.
With his patience running out he shouts to Luffy.
(Y/N): I REFUSE!
Luffy: Didn't I say earlier that I refuse your refusal? Come on it will be fun.
(Y/N): Look, is this how you recruit people to join?
Luffy: Yep! Pretty much… Shishishishi.
(Y/n) felt sorry for his comrades dealing with such a captain. Reaching the village entrance, they met the old people who had helped move the Straw hats to the clinic, gathering around the two.
" Oya! (Y/n) is talking continuously with this fellow? That's new?!"
" It seems you found a great friend, (Y/n) my boy."
" Opening up to someone your age is a good way to talk, don't you (Y/n).?"
" I like this kid so energetic. Kinda opposite to you (Y/n)."
Luffy notices that he suddenly becomes quiet in a respectful manner. (Y/n) nods at them, but he appreciates their words. Then Tobera shows up, shooing the crowd to let the boys enter.
Tobera: Ararararara… Settle then now. (Y/n), you and Luffy-Chan carried a large amount of food.
(Y/n): He said his crew ate a lot, so I brought them all out.
Luffy: Yep.
Luffy grinned brightly and (Y/n) doubted that he was the one who would consume a load full of food.
Tobera: Okay. Oh! Your crewmates are awake back at the clinic.
Luffy: Really!?
Tobera: That is the truth.
Luffy: Yahoo! (Y/n) go with me and meet my friends.
(Y/n): … S-sure.
Luffy: Why are you quiet again? I notice this when we enter the village.
(Y/n): I-I, a-
Then his grandmother interjected for him.
Tobera: Fufufufufufu. He is a bit shy to new people, Mugiwara-Kun.
Luffy: Ehhhh. Is that so?
He looked at the silent (Y/n) and shyly nodded at what Tobera explained. Luffy chuckled at his unique personality.
Luffy: Are you sure? He talked to me a lot when we were in your house little-
Tobera: Tobera-Neechan, that's what you call me.
Luffy, stuttering slightly, corrected him firmly on her preferred name. The old people in the village eavesdropped nearby on their conversation and were surprised to hear the usually shy (Y/n) engaged in a continuous conversation with the boisterous boy.
Noticing the crowd Tobera didn't want to delve into this matter further, instructing (Y/n) and Luffy to proceed to the clinic where the other pirates are waiting for their captain.
(Y/n): Baa-Chan, are you not going to come with us?
Tobera: I'll be there in just a sec. and go now.
Luffy: Alright. (Y/n) let me be the one to pull this wagon.
(Y/n): Here.
Giving control to Luffy he was relieved that there would be no pulling of it and honestly, it was so heavy, wondering how much that this crew could eat. Little did he know that it was a bad idea to handle it for him.
Luffy: Are you ready?
(Y/n): Yep! { Why do I have a bad feeling about this?!}
Luffy: HERE WE GOOOOOOOOO!!!
The wagon bolted through the streets and residents were dumbfounded at how a young boy could pull a heavy cargo, it even extended to Tobera, and her eyes almost popped out from it. As for (Y/n) he is holding the wooden bar of the wagon shouting, and pleading for his dear life not to fall off while Luffy is laughing on the street.
" To-Chan…"
Tobera: Hmm?
" … did that boy even know where the clinic is?"
Tobera: Oh!?
This put out her awe upon realizing he didn't know which way is clinic.
Tobera: Oh well, I'm sure they'll manage it. He got (Y/n) with him.
" Fair enough."
" Still I can't believe that our timid (Y/n) is acting like that."
" That boy in a straw hat opened his closed space in a very short time."
" It even took Tobera-Chan ten years to open up to her."
Tobera: Fufufufufuf.
" You know something about that boy, Tobera-Chan?"
Tobera: I wouldn't say I knew him but I just recognized the boy which Vince keeps on talking about…
By the time she mentioned that name all of them just realized, he was the kid who befriended Vince ten years ago. Visiting a certain kingdom and later an incident happened that made the same person change.

Tobera: Yes. The youngest king who had ever sat on the throne who made the kingdom prosper and stood on equal terms with the World Government, Vince Carta.

Back at the clinic, Luffy's crew were growing impatient. Zoro was working out, Sanji was sulking over the lack of young women, while Chopper, Usopp, and Carue were bored out of their minds. Nami and Vivi are amazed at the people's kindness here, especially the little girl which they find suspicious because of her big chest for her size.
Usopp: AGHHHH!!! Just where is Luffy?!
Carue: QUACK!!!
Chopper: Where is he!?

The three of them got growing bumps on their head, crying from the pain where Nami hit them.
Nami: Can't you just guys wait? That little girl told us that she was coming to fetch him.
Vivi: Nami I think that is too much.?
Vivi showed concern for them.
Sanji: Ohhhhhhhh! Where are the ladies when you need them!!?
Zoro: Shut up! Spiral brows, I'm trying to work out here.
Immediately the chef and the swordsman started to bicker with each other, throwing insults head close.
Nami: You guys are hopeless…
Vivi: CHUCKLE*
Usopp: You know I feel a bit odd towards that little girl earlier.
All of their ears are on Usopp muttering about Tobera.
Chopper: Me too, talking to her is like talking to an old lady I may even compare speaking to Doctorine.
Sanji: Not to mention her big-
Instantly Sanji is beaten badly on the floor with hearts in his eyes not minding the punches he receives from Nami.
Sanji: N-nami-Swan…
Zoro: Serves you right, ero cook.
Chopper: SANJI!!!
Nami clapped her hands, gathering the crew's attention, currently in the room. It is now discussing the pressing matter at hand.
Nami: I know everyone in this village is kind but we need to stay sharp, we are in an unknown territory after all.
Zoro: Don't be paranoid Nami. I am already on guard on what happens to us other than the ero cook here.
Sanji: Marimo! I heard that!!!
Usopp: Also I need to see our ship, Merry. I'm worried about her condition before we landfall on this island.
Nami: It seems the only known shipwright is already tending to that problem, Usopp.
Chopper: How did you know, Nami?
Vivi: Tobera-Chan, earlier told us that they were repairing the ship when the shipwright saw its sorry state from the beach.
Usopp: Oi! Isn't it too creepy that they are too kind to us?!
Carue: Quack!!!
Usopp the sniper of the straw hats is growing suspicious of their unexplained hospitality…
Nami: That is why I told everyone to be on high alert and they might try something bad at us, just like at whiskey peak.
… the navigator, Nami repeated her words to remind some idiots. And Vivi, the princess of Alabasta, chuckled in guilt as they remembered what they had done at that place.
Zoro: No need to be anxious, Nami. But it would be disappointing if they didn't…
Nami: And why?
Zoro: I want to fight these people who can warp reality, testing these blades.
The man holding his three katanas who is seeking a challenge named Zoro is expecting a fight and grins widely.
Zoro: That chibi woman… I sense something powerful in her and she may be the person I assume is one of the people that Vivi said back at the ship.
Sanji: Are you really gonna fight a woman much less a kid?! Have some decency, you shitty swordsman!!!
Zoro: Huh!!! What did you call me?!
A man in a black suit and the cook, Sanji, scowled at Zoro. When it comes to hurting women he will never pass right through it on his watch.
Nami: SIGH* The rivalry of theirs is gonna kill me one of these days…
Chopper, the human-like reindeer, also the crew doctor are playing with the duck or ostrich named Carue. Till they heard a shout getting close to the clinic with words coming out " I'LL KILL YOU!!!"
Immediately, he rushed quickly to the group on the verge of tears and worried for their safety.
Chopper: NAMI!!! SOMEONE IS COMING FOR US!!!
Usopp: Why did you have to be right, Nami?!!
Nami: This soon!?
The trio cowered at the coming danger but not for Zoro and Sanji who were ready to take them out.
Zoro: Finally some action. Now I get to see the proud power of this place.
Sanji: Nami-Swan, Vivi-Chwan, I'll protect you ladies with all my heart.
Vivi: Thank you… I guess?
Usopp: Chopper, how many are there?!
Chopper: I don't see them but I clearly heard someone screaming towards this place.
Nami: Sanji! Look at the window to see the number of people coming.
Sanji: Yes, NAMI-SWAN!!!
The chef is twirling creepily with hearts floating on his, he moves towards the window to scout the possible enemies coming. Only to see a familiar person pulling the wagon at such speed that it created dust on its trail with some company while wailing like a girl.
Sanji: If it isn't Luffy, coming.
Every crew perked up, hearing his name made everyone run to the window and spot the person they all waited for. And happy to see the captain of the crew, Luffy.
Nami: Thank goodness he's here…
Usopp/ Chopper: LUFFY!!!
Zoro: He took his time that's for sure…
Vivi: But who is that guy that is currently with him???
???: SLOW DOWN, IDIOT!!!
An ear-splitting scream can be heard at the clinic, and all of them know that Luffy has done something stupid or trouble again. As he was closing to the building, he stopped his feet on the ground hoping to stop the momentum of the speeding wagon, but in a moment of absurd misfortune, his foot became entangled in the wheel, sending him tumbling along with it.
Now the crew seemed to be distressed on what to come at them and started to walk back slowly.
Zoro: Oi, is it just me or does it seem that they are moving towards here out of control?
Sanji: Baka, it's obvious they will crash this wall.
Everyone: I see…
It took them seconds to grasp the situation that would happen next as Luffy and (Y/n) were coming at them fast along with the wagon, inside the clinic the crew scram for their life running away from the disaster.
CRASH*
As a result, the wagon collided with the building and destroyed the wall, Luffy got thrown out from the wheels while (Y/n) used his esper powers to secure the food by touching it to float but sadly he also got pitched away near Luffy.
PLANK!*
The crew, just meters away from the mess, were glad they didn't get hurt, but the coward trio could not say the same.
Nami: Is that bag floating!?
Usopp: This has to be a trick or a power of a devil fruit!!!
Chopper: I'm SCARED!!!
On the other hand, Zoro, Sanji, Vivi, and Carue were stupefied, witnessing the strange occurrence that had happened to the big bag full of food.
Sanji: Wow…
Zoro: Now things are getting interesting…
Vivi: It really is…

Where the dust is starting to clear, they see and are glad to see his grinning face laughing like nothing happened.
Luffy: Hahahahahahahaha. That was dangerous. Hahahaha-

Punching the face of Luffy (Which of course he didn't feel anything.) out of anger. They observed (Y/n) and sympathized with him, as they too have similar experiences.
Luffy: Shishishi. Your punch is fast but not strong enough.
(Y/n): Yea, yea… Just look at this chaos in here.
Luffy: Sorry, sorry.
As always, Luffy laughed it off as well as (Y/n) didn't know what to do with him, only sighed and smirked at his positivity.
(Y/n): At least I managed to save the bag, if I didn't it would be catastrophic to see mush foods around.
Luffy: Thanks, but where is it?
(Y/n) pointed it with his mouth, floating in the room. But Luffy interpreted it as if he was trying to be funny.
Luffy: CHUCKLE* Are you trying to be a bird?
(Y/n): Ahoka!!! Behind you, floating!!!
Luffy: Floating???
Turning around, he saw the bag full of food floating not to mention his eyes twinkling from shock. Until Luffy saw his other crew on the other side of the room.
Luffy: Ohhh!! You guys are okay!
Nami/ Usopp/ Chopper: LUFFY!!!
Vivi: Luffy-Kun!
Zoro: And here I thought it was an enemy coming… Tch, what a bummer!
Sanji: You've been pretty busy, Luffy.
A lot of reactions differ for each person, the coward trio cries in joy, Zoro is feeling upset but pleased for his safety, and Sanji is neutral towards Luffy yet glad that he is safe, lighting some cigarettes.
Amidst all of the debris and walls destroyed inside the clinic, they noticed the stranger with Luffy. It seemed they were eager to know (Y/n).
Nami: Luffy, who is that guy?
Usopp: Is he an enemy?
Nami questioned Luffy about (Y/n) with him. Not missing the opportunity to introduce him, he happily answered.
Luffy: Everyone, meet the new member of our crew, (Y/n).
Everyone: Ehhhhh!!!
(Y/n): { What is this idiot thinking?!}
He couldn't help but shake his head and bowed at them.
(Y/n): SIGH* H-hello, I-I am (Y/n), n-nice to m-meet you a-all.
Everyone: { What is with the stuttering?}
Luffy: Don't be nervous, (Y/n). They are all good people.
He assured (Y/n) but he still has that shyness in him.
Chopper: Usopp. We're gonna have a new crewmate, isn't it exciting?!
Usopp: I don't know… If he is going to be one we need to assess him first.
Zoro: If we were going to test him, I wouldn't mind fighting him with me.
(Y/n) overwhelmed by their onslaught of questions, he was silent but opened his mouth to answer.
(Y/n): S-sorry to say t-that I don't i-i-intend to be a pirate. A-a-a-as of now…
Nami: Psst~
Luffy: Hm?
Nami whispered closely into Luffy's ear, noticing the weird stuttering words of the to-be-crewed person.
Nami: Are you going to recruit this guy? He is having trouble speaking in front of others especially since he is very quiet and nervous not to forget the fidgeting~
Luffy: Don't worry, He is doing fine here rather than back at the entrance.
With each crew finish introducing (Y/n), Zoro asks a question that baffles the future painter of the Straw Hats.
Zoro: Say, I assume the reason that bag is floating is because of your esper or whatever powers you have, right?
(Y/n): Y-yes?
Zoro: If so, care to fight me?
He glared at Zoro provokingly taking his bait, everyone present right now gulped down at their throat except Luffy somehow expecting something interesting.
(Y/n): I would like to but somebody is going to end up dead.
Zoro: { His tone is changed. This chance may be worth it.} And who would that be..?
(Y/n): It's me of course...
The serious tension turned into goofy shock, and everyone crashed down to the floor including Zoro. On the other hand, Luffy is laughing at the reaction between them.
Zoro: ARE YOU MESSING WITH ME!!! I HAD ENOUGH OF THAT GAG ALREADY!!!
Sanji: Marimo, calm down and put your swords down, the guy is groveling!!!
(Y/n): I-I'm Sorry!
Zoro: Let me go, Ero-Cook!!!
Luffy: Shishishi, Isn't he hilarious?!
Sanji is holding Zoro to keep him from pouncing to the apologizing (Y/n), a voice was heard outside the clinic, and with the hole they made they took a peek.
???: WHAT HAPPENED HERE!??
(Y/n): Tobera-Bachan you're here!
Luffy: Tobera-neechan you got here very quick!?
Even after she was greeted, her face was angry and an aura of a demon appeared behind her.
Tobera: Who did this to my clinic?
She smiles but behind it is the one-way ticket to hell if one answered wrong and correctly.
Luffy: Oh! It was me and (Y/n).
(Y/n): You IDIOT!!!
Everyone: LUFFY!!!
Tobera: Is that true???
Tobera eyed on (Y/n), to validate his claims.

Poor (Y/n) can only answer truthfully with those menacing eyes of hers.

Now that fury has subsided in a miracle for some reason, she is now going to talk about what she is here for.
Tobera: By the way it's almost nighttime, do you guys have any place to sleep?
