Since the event was over, soon the carriages of nobles would arrive to take them home. Sylvette was temporarily in the academy prison and would be later transferred to the duchy's prison. Andromeda could hardly wait.
"Mother," Andromeda began, turning to Duchess Anastasia. "I need to speak with the Lord Habsburg before we leave. It's important."
They had been invited for tea before leaving by the principal and Duchess Anastasia had said yes.
Duchess Anastasia raised an eyebrow but nodded. "Very well. You can talk about it."
Andromeda noticed that her mother's voice held a gentle note to it. She was sure that it was thanks to her earlier performance. Andromeda had wished to harm Sylvette more but to the crowd it would only seem like she gave the uncouth woman a warning. She would deal with the aftermath when she have to and in Sylvette's case, she might never have to. She wasn't much worried.
