With precise movements, she reached for her blood-smeared sword and pointed it downward to signify her victory.
She turned to Quer and Moland, her two loyal companions. They looked tired but satisfied. Quer raised his hand in salute, and Moland nodded with a wide smile. Genevieve saw their smiles, and it brought relief to her heart.
"Both of you were amazing. Thank you for your help," Genevieve said while signaling for them to approach. She embraced them warmly, and there was a tight hug sound as they felt her presence.
