I wake up and turn to my side. I open my eyes and realize that Cornelius is no longer in bed with me. Last night, when I returned to the room, he was still absent. So, I took another bath and laid down on the bed. However, I fell asleep before Cornelius arrived in the room.
I yawn and sit up, swinging my legs over the side of the bed. I take a moment to observe any activities that's been done in the room — from the glorious rich reds and golden hues of the tapestries to the deep purple and blues of the rugs. It seems like the servants have cleaned up here while I was sleeping.
So, I pad across the room and to the wardrobe where a lovely dress is hanging. I shift my attention to the tub of water and sample its water. It's tepid, so I activate my magic and heat it up again.
I then take off my nightgown and step into the tub. The water is warm and soothing to my skin. I close my eyes and relax, allowing my mind to wander.
