Chapter 33 - Chapter 033 - Human Slaves

As ordered, Lyrica's five human sex slaves are waiting for me outside the sunroom. There are two servants carrying tea and snacks who are waiting behind them. They all look at me and when I gesture for them to enter the room, they readily obey.

When I enter the room, I watch as the servants hurriedly prepare the food and leave. Then, I look around. There's no privacy. Huge glass windows surround the room in three parts. The only solid wall is behind me. Couches are surrounding a small table where the maids place the tea and snacks. House plants decorate the corners of the room with a green carpet on the ground.

My attention shifts to the five men who are looking petrified as they all stand on the corner, even when the couches are free. They are looking so tense. Are they perhaps imagining the things Lyrica might do against them by using tea and snacks? I grin and everyone looks away from me. Well, torturing someone using harmless things requires great creativity.

"Who's first?" I ask.

"First for what, my lady?" one man asks boldly.

"You should know already, right?" I ask. "I told you the reason when you were with Aiko in my room."

"But you already have a fiance," another man whispers.

I move closer to him. He is taller by two inches.

"What does that have to do with the reason I called you here for?" I ask, trying to pull up the memories of him and Lyrica. But those are hazy. Not all of Lyrica's memories flow into me. Some are unclear and some are even showing only blank space. But at least I can remember meeting half of them.

I wonder… Are these men so replaceable for her that they are half forgotten?

"Nothing, my lady."

"We should we get on with it then… Here… In the sunroom."

The man reddens, probably out of shame or anger, rather than a positive emotion towards Lyrica.

"Yes, Miss," he answers.

"Then, I guess you will be first," I say.

I sit on the couch, and the man follows again like an obedient dog. Unexpectedly, he kneels before me. I frown. Then his hands grope my legs. He is about to pull up my skirt and bury his face in my crotch when I stop him.

"What do you think you're doing?!" I exclaim, my voice rising a bit higher.

"Same as what you always loved for us to do." His eyes focus between my legs again and say, "Before sex, you always like us to lick and suck on you."

Ugh! Lyrica! What the heck!?! Why are you making your men do this? Do you think you will be loved by doing this? Every day that passes makes me even more frustrated. Now that I am in her body, I am starting to dislike her. Besides, why did I even like her in the first place?

Ugh, I massage my head as I answer my own question. It's because of her talent in magic. When the Queen selection happened, she was so strong that she overwhelmed every participant. She is even stronger than the Prince. In this world, no living human comes close to her magic.

Breathtaking skills, flawless beauty, astounding mind and knowledge—she has all of it, and yet, she is trying to get love in the wrong way imaginable.

I exhale heavily. "That's not why I call you for," I say. From now on, I need to be specific on my orders.

"But being this close, I can smell your excitement," the man comments.

I scowl. He tries to touch me again, but I slap his hands. Damn it! It's because of everything that Calais was doing earlier! And well, things I've done to him too. I should have taken a bath before coming here.

"Just sit on the couch," I say, massaging my temple and sounding tired. I should start with an interview first. "Tell me about yourself, before you come here."

"I am a farmer from the outskirts."

That explains his build. He's on the lean and muscular side. "And?"

"You know it already."

"I want to hear from you," I say, stopping myself to add that everything Lyrica has done is a blur. "I remember you have a family?" I ask instead.

"Yes, a wife and a son."

I groan. Did Lyrica steal him from another woman? I call up Lyrica's memory and then I see him in the past. He is more handsome now, because of the care that Aiko and Lyrica had done for him. They cleaned him up, made sure he would put in more muscle, gave him nice clothes and a nice haircut that fits his face.

But then, there is also the memory of his wife and his child. I can remember that his wife is lovely—quiet and reserved. Unfortunately, the face of his son is a blur.

"How's your family when you came here?"

"Well taken care of. I send them money from what I earn here."

I pause, taking a cup and filling it with tea. Then I sip on it. "Do you miss them?" I groan. Of course he does. I bite on the crackers and fix my gaze on him.

"I earn more than thrice here than when I was a farmer. I can't give my family a comfortable life by staying on the outskirts. That's what you promised."

He is being careful. Then I notice a scar that's snaking around his neck.

"Come closer," I order.

He did. Is this an attempt on his own life? Did he try to commit suicide while he's here?

"You must hate it here," I comment.

He doesn't respond. I touch the scar on his neck, and I watch him clench his jaws.

"What caused this?" I probe.

"My wife took a new husband, and she bore him twins."

Ah! That's it. I pull back. He must have hated me, too. I wonder how Lyrica keeps on having sex with him when he hates her this much?

"If I set you free, where will you go?"

He raises his head to me and looks away again. "I won't leave your side, my lady. That's what I promised to you."

Rather, I am certain that's what Lyrica made him promise. Is she blackmailing him? Somehow, I can't remember what Lyrica has on him.

"I am going to get married soon. I won't have a need for you," I admit.

A look of abject terror flickers in his face. Then he falls to the ground and kneels before me again.

"Please, Lady Lyrica! If there is something I've done to earn your displeasure, tell me and I will fix it! Is it because I am having sex with your maid? She said that I am already abandoned by you and the only way I can stay is IF I have sex with her. That's the only reason I agreed to do it!"

"On my bed?"

"She insisted, my lady! She even wears your clothes, saying that it will make her smell like you."

Ah, Aiko. Are you jealous of what Lyrica has? You shouldn't be, though. Lyrica is just a gnawing hole inside. She has nothing, and these guys are just her temporary band-aid fixes.

So, I lean towards him. "I am serious about letting you go. I can't have another man when I am married to General Calais. Besides, I will leave this place. So, all the things I warned you about. I will not do it. In fact, I will even help you stand up on your own again."

He crouches in front of me and touches his forehead on the floor. "Even if you say so, I no longer have a family to return to. Please, don't completely abandon me. You can put me anywhere close to you. If not inside the Parcell mansion, then put me in their stable, or as their farmer. Anywhere, please…"

"What's your real name?" I ask.

"Gener Lago, my lady."

"Well, Gener, how about your child? You might be unable to return to your wife, but you still have a child."

He raises his head, and upon meeting my eyes, he hits his head on the floor again.

"If you don't want to leave because you don't trust me, how about living in a compound somewhere with all my other sex slaves?"

"Does that mean that the compound is where you will visit us whenever you need to? Post marriage with General Parcell?" he asks.

Not really. It's like a rehabilitation center for them. Being with Lyrica must have been torture. Maybe I can hire someone to teach them things so they can rejoin society? But if it will make them more compliant, then yes, I will lie to them.

"Yes, although it won't be soon. I still need to prepare things. Are you fine with that?"

"Yes, Lady Lyrica," he answers.

"Then help yourself with the tea and eat some biscuits while you talk to me about your life. Once you are the done, call the next man in."
