The next morning, after combat training with Bryce, we find ourselves in our room again, where Tiana is setting up breakfast. She seems to be getting familiar with the place, and according to Bryce, she also starts to go to places that are deemed too dangerous without a companion.
"Breakfast is served," she announces. "I bought ingredients from the shops that the innkeeper told me."
We all dig into our food as we share information about the town, especially on the different shops that offer mercenary work. The innkeeper and his employees even shared some of the information.
"Do you think that this… Gray's Shop will be the best starting point?" I ask as we weigh our choices.
"Yes," Tiana answers. "From what I heard, most of the mercenaries who come to them are previous officials who left their post after the king's death."
"Which means that they'd either hate me or be critical of me."
