The Small World of Heiji had only 2 continents both poles apart. The Northern Continent was ruled by the Empire of Khans, Yuan.
Whereas the Southern Continent was ruled by Tulo Empire.
Even though both had considered conquering each other, it had always been a dream because there were not many advance warships to take millions of soldiers the other side of the world.
But that's what happened, even though the Empire wasn't supposed to interfere in any way between the only three independent kingdoms of the Southern Continent, but a single stone changed that.
A Divine stone rumored to be mined in the periphery of Zuyu mines owned by the Royal capital of Giardia.
Long story short, The Empire got greedy and declared an ultimatum, hand over the stone or get crushed.
Nothing more, that simple. Well, that's the power of an Empire compared to a kingdom. Even if the three kingdoms combined their forces they could only barely resist the Empire, nothing more.
And that's why they have been safe till now.
But a simple promise by the Empire of only taking the stone and the territory be divided between the two was enough for them to fall back. But the King of Giardia, Qian ze and his two sons were famous war heroes and generals. They have been standing tall even after the repeated assaults by both kingdoms.
" The Empire didn't want to suffer a single loss, so they-" .." they corrupted the big bear, the ex-general of your army by offering you, as that old leech was after your body for so many years and made him backstab the king and your dead-husband.That's it right?"
I finished in rather bored tone after listening to her not so new Divine stone, woman and drama. What's new??
"...y-yes , that's the full story. " Nefeli, now dressed like a proper Royality answered with a gloom. She was wearing a white dress which in contrast to her raven black hair and her innocent looking eyes enhanced her beauty ten-fold.
It seemed like my lack of interest has made her somewhat disappointed or maybe the mention of her dead husband stirred some memories inside her. I couldn't care less both ways.
" Bring me the stone. " my simple demand made her hesitant for a second but suddenly as if remembering something dangerous she dashed off out the room, maybe the Royal treasury or wherever the stone was.
It didn't take long before she came back out of breath, huffing and carrying a box with her.
The box vanished and appeared next to me, maybe she was getting used to my 'magic tricks' she didn't show much reaction, just a little interest.
The box opened and what was inside made me sigh even though I wasn't expecting much. " A low-grade QI stone. Why am I not shocked ? "
Hearing my words had a different impact on Nefeli though, " That's a qi stone?!! I have only heard of it in some old stories. I thought it was just some stories?"
I don't even know what I'm doing here anymore, I should have just gone to some Tier-1 world with a little Cultivation knowledge. ' It was for fun I guess?' I can't remember why, but I felt as someone had guided me here. ' Am I under someone's influence?' The very thought of it made me want to laugh.
I gestured Nefeli to come near which she didn't resist much. A ray of light from my finger entered her glabella making her close eyes shut. Few moments later she opened her eyes and looked at me weirdly.
" I was really a country bumpkin, wasn't I ?" the basics of Cultivation which I imparted to her made her realize that she, no this whole world was just a backwater town for the people up above.

Even though it's not an orthodox path but as long you're sincere and put efforts you'll reach heights many would only dream of."
The white orb entered her body forcing her to enter into deep Cultivation, the beginning of her journey.
And just like that 3 days passed, a momentary peace was broken as a servant came rushing to deliver a message. The Crown prince of the Empire has arrived with his entourage after they didn't get news from Martin, their lapdog.
Nefeli followed the servant to the Court Room and I was thinking it's time to leave this world which I didn't even wanted to visit in the first place.
' Tier-1 world would be too boring but the Lower Heavens would be too much for this girl. Guess I should just leave her in a Tier-3 World while I go above.'
It didn't take long for her to come back, she stopped before me and gave a light bow. I raised my brows at her changed demeanour.., ' Guess she was born to be a Cultivator..too bad she didn't get the chance.'
" Everything settled?" "Yes, Master. " her spatial ring, which she recently received from me, fluctuated and several heads dropped out rolling over the ground like cabbages.
I simply nodded without looking, unworthy of my gaze.
" Have you made preparations for your family? " even though she was mentally ready for departure, the thought of never seeing her family still made her sad.
But she knew she couldn't give up this opportunity, the Empire had launched a war just for a mere low-grade Qi stone and she was getting to follow a supreme being whose peak was unimaginable for the likes of her or maybe the whole Mortal world.
She would be the biggest fool of history if she hesitated anymore, " Yes Master, I have left behind a few resources enough for everyone to reach the Qi condensation Realm and a puppet at peak level Foundation Realm for any unseen circumstance.
The rest is upto them. The rise and fall of dynasty is just a matter of time. " She gave a deep bow to me expressing her heartfelt gratitude and her words reflected a perfect mindset of a Cultivator.
Satisfied, I gestured my hands in a parting motion and soon the space was sliced apart like paper showing the turbulent chaos it was hiding. Nefeli knew that opening a pathway to another world was not possible even for a Mahayana Realm Cultivator and her curiosity about her Master's power grew stronger and stronger.
" Come " she saw her Master stepping inside and she hurriedly followed behind, her new journey of cultivation was just starting and she was excited like she had never been in her life.
