"Are you threatening me? "Kei asks in a cold voice. "Oh No, No! Don't misunderstand me please. I am here just to discuss things with Mr.Nakamura because I am interested in you but you don't want to talk about any guild related things so, I just wanted to change the topic to something else which might interest you." Vector says this in a cocky tone while he is smiling at Kei. "Do you know, these days there are a lot of fake rankers roaming around. And I hope you know that I am a pretty 'high rank' hunter."Vector continues while putting the stress on the words high rank. "With my influence, I can capture a lowly fake ranker myself and throw them into prison after breaking him a little."
"What are you implying?" Kei asks while gritting his teeth."Oh! I am not implying anything. I just saw a person who became very famous today but when I looked into his past I found something that led me to believe that he was a fake ranker. I hope you know what a fake ranker is." Vector asks in a hopeful and playful tone. "As you aren't asking me what a fake ranker is then I guess you know about it so let's continue. When that person went to D-ranked with a group which was made to clear the dungeon, something happened inside the dungeon which is a mystery to the outside world but do you wanna guess what happened?" Vector continues in his playful tone .
"As you aren't answering then I will answer it. He came back alone without his group this means that he was the sole survivor of that dungeon and then you might ask that it is possible to lose a whole group in a dungeon. There are only two possibilities. The first possibility is that the sole survivor cleared the dungeon himself after the group died by monsters or the boss monster but last I checked he was a D-ranked hunter so either hid abilities which is also a crime or the second possibility comes where the group cleared the dungeon and he killed everyone else."Vector eyes show the feeling of disgust as he continues. "But you know what happens NEXT! He goes to another D-ranked dungeon the day after he left the first D-ranked dungeon. If it were a normal person then he would have taken a long break or left this career after losing his best friend of his childhood but this person kept going on."
Kei clenches his hand after hearing the mention of Zen. Vector continues "I want that person to be arrested immediately but my morals aren't letting me do that. My moral says to give a person a second chance to redeem themself but I only give the second chance to the ones who can improve themself in my eyes. So I think that person should be grateful that I am giving them a chance. The person who I 'believe' is a fake ranker has a great potential and a bright future ahead of him but his potential could only be bought out by our guild leader. But that person keeps on refusing my offer." Vector shakes his head in disappointment and says "He isn't being grateful that I am giving him such a great offer. So now I don't know what to do with him."
Kei was paralysed at the spot and began to think of a way to get out of the situation which he is in 'I didn't know getting stronger would have these types of consequences. If I don't think of something now then I migh-No!

Kei took a deep breath in and started to say "I didn't kill my group , a strange monster which was very powerful appeared and broke down the gates of the boss room and set the boss free and in the chaos it killed the whole group." He had finally told the truth on what happened that day to someone he would never have expected. But Kei wasn't naive nor believed Vector to be. Vector would not believe and he knew it, he just said it to buy some time and think of a way to get out of this situation.

As Kei was thinking, Vector says this very agitatedly "Do you even hear yourself? Do you really believe that I or better yet anyone would believe you!? Even if I humour and believe your words, which I do not, can you explain it to me or anyone as to how you survived the encounter with this dangerous monster who is powerful enough to destroy a boss room's gate while the other group members died." Vector then shakes his head and says "I believed you had a sound mind but you are just a MANIAC!"
After hearing Vector words, Kei got a small glimmer of hope that Vector would leave him be because he might think that Kei is a maniac but his hope got smashed when he heard Vector say "I already have promised the Guild Leader that I would bring you." while rubbing his forehead. Then he sighs and looks at Kei with a serious gaze and asks "What will you do now? Will you reject us and face the consequences of having your rank faked or will you accept our offer?"
