A voice trembling with fear sounded within a dark alley. "Alex, promise... promise me that you will keep her safe. "The dying woman in Alex's arms whispered as her eyelashes fluttered slowly. Her beautiful hazel eyes dimming as life slowly left her body. "Emma, please stay with me." Alex called out with a hoarse voice. He carried her in his arms and walked sloppy, his arms trembled at the light weight in his arms. Emma thought she had died when surprisingly she got another chance at life. But from where?
