"I'm your friend."
Hearing Woo-Bin's absurd claim, Hae-won felt vexed. Who was he to claim that they were friends? He didn't know the first thing about him.
"Sun-bae, let me take you to the hospital." Woo-Bin offered, dismissing the cold glare Hae-won was giving him.
"I don't need your charity." Hae-won said and walked past him towards his room but he stumbled again and this time, landed on the floor.
On his knees, he clenched his fists.
"I don't need anyone's charity." He repeated.
Woo-Bin stared at his pitiful state and walked towards him and said,
"This isn't charity." He reached out his hand to help him up. "It's an act of mutual understanding." He smiled.
Hae-won stared at him for a while. What was he talking about?
"You may not believe me but I've lost far more than I've earned." Woo-Bin said, though he wasn't asked.
