"You know that you don't have to stand right behind him at all times, right?" Maze growled at Kalissia, who was shadowing Reinhart as he focused on a Mana Construct of the engine he was trying to figure out in front of him.
Truth be told, it was a bit nerve-wracking for Reinhart, but tensions between the girls had started to rise over the last week of their traveling together.
"I know that I don't have to. I want to," Kalissia retorted, folding her arms stubbornly. "I made a pact to protect Reinhart, remember? It's not my fault if you can't stand watching me do my duty."
"I think there are other ways you could be useful, Kalissia," Maze answered, her patience dwindling. "Practice your own magic or train, anything besides lamping around!"
"Always so eager to train, aren't you?" Kalissia goaded back. "No wonder you're so tired all the time."
