Among the six people, Saad recognized one familiar face—Penelope. Unlike last time when she wore a completely black outfit, today she donned a burgundy and black frilly frock. Even her scythe had small skulls and feathers attached, showing her customization to the max. Seeing Saad, she nodded at him in acknowledgment.
In his group, there were five women and two men, himself and another guy wielding a sword. Unlike before, everyone gave short introductions, but it was clear that an unspoken grouping had formed: the five women on one side and the two men on the other. The blade guy, noticing the separation, approached Saad and held out his hand.
Saad shook the other player's hand, introducing himself as Kael. "Hey, I'm Kael," he said, trying to sound confident.
The male player smiled warmly and replied, "Nice to meet you, Kael. I'm Luke, a swordsman, level 31." He gestured to the large sword at his hip.
