Raj was an ordinary high school student who lived in Mumbai. He had a normal life, with normal friend, normal grades and normal hobbies.he liked to play cricket, watch movie and read fantasy novels.
Raj decided to go Sri lanka on this summer vacation . He had always dreamed of exploring the exotic jungles and beaches of the island nation. He had packed his backpack with some essentials: a flashlight, a water bottle, a map, and a camera. He was ready for an adventure.
He boarded the bus that would take him from Colombo, the capital city, to Kandy, a historical town in the central highlands. He enjoyed the scenic ride, watching the lush green hills and valleys pass by. He saw tea plantations, spice gardens, and waterfalls along the way. He felt a surge of excitement as he approached his destination.
He checked into a small guesthouse near the Kandy Lake. He was greeted by a friendly owner who gave him some tips on what to see and do in the area. He told him about the Temple of the Tooth, a sacred Buddhist shrine that housed a relic of Buddha's tooth. He also told him about the Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, a sprawling park with over 4,000 species of plants and flowers. He said that there were many hiking trails and wildlife sanctuaries nearby, where he could see elephants, monkeys, leopards, and birds.
Raj thanked him for his advice and decided to start his exploration the next day. He went to his room and unpacked his things. He looked at his map and saw that there was a large forest reserve not far from Kandy. He circled it with his pen and marked it as his first destination. He wanted to see the jungle up close and maybe find some hidden treasures.
He went to bed early and woke up at dawn. He put on his hiking boots and grabbed his backpack. He left a note for the owner saying that he would be back by evening. He walked to the bus station and boarded the bus that would take him to the forest reserve.
He arrived at the entrance of the reserve after an hour. He paid a small fee and entered the gate. He saw a sign that said "Welcome to Udawattakele Forest Reserve". He followed a dirt path that led him deeper into the woods.
He felt a sense of wonder as he walked among the towering trees and vines. He heard the sounds of birds and insects filling the air. He smelled the earthy aroma of the soil and plants. He felt like he was in another world.
He took out his camera and snapped some pictures of the scenery. He saw some colorful flowers, some strange fungi, and some curious animals. He saw a peacock spreading its feathers, a mongoose darting across the path, and a monkey swinging from a branch.
He walked for about two hours, stopping occasionally to rest and drink some water. He checked his map and saw that he was near a area of many caves. He was intrigued by the name and decided to check it out.
He followed a narrow trail that led him to a large opening in the side of a hill. He shone his flashlight inside and saw that it was indeed a cave. He saw some stone steps leading down into the darkness.
He felt a sudden chill as he entered the cave. He felt like someone was watching him from within. He shook off his fear and continued down the steps.
He reached the bottom of the cave and saw that it was indeed an ancient temple dedicated to Shiva, one of the Hindu gods. He saw a stone altar with a statue of Shiva holding a trident in one hand and a drum in another. He saw some faded paintings on the walls depicting scenes from Hindu mythology.
He was amazed by his discovery. He wondered how old this temple was and who built it. He wondered if anyone else knew about it or if he was the first one to find it in centuries.
He took out his camera again and started taking pictures of the temple. He wanted to document his discovery and share it with others later.
As he was taking pictures, he heard a voice calling him from behind the altar.
"Raj... Raj... Come here..."
He turned around and saw that there was another chamber behind the altar. It was dark and mysterious.
He felt curious but also nervous about who or what was calling him.
"Who are you? What do you want?" he asked.
"Raj... Raj... Come here... I have something for you..."
The voice sounded familiar but also strange. It sounded like an old man but also like a young boy.
Raj hesitated for a moment but then decided to follow the voice. He walked around the altar and entered the chamber.
He saw that there was a pond in front of him. In the center of the pond, there was a sword stabbed into a stone. The sword had an ornate handle with jewels embedded in it.
The voice called him again from inside the pond.
"Raj... Raj... Come here... This is your destiny..."
Raj felt a strange attraction to the sword. He felt like it was meant for him and him alone.
He walked towards the pond and saw that there were many poisonous snakes swimming in the water. He felt a surge of fear but also of courage.
He decided to ignore the snakes and reach for the sword. He stepped into the pond and felt the cold water soaking his feet.
He walked slowly and carefully towards the sword, avoiding the snakes as much as he could. He reached the stone and saw that the sword was glowing with a faint light.
He stretched his hand and touched the handle of the sword.
As soon as he did, he felt an extreme pain shooting through his arm and into his body. He felt like something was spreading through his blood vessels, burning them from within.
He screamed in agony, dropping his flashlight and camera into the water. He tried to let go of the sword but it was stuck to his hand.
He felt like he was dying. He collapsed to his knees, still holding the sword.
He lost consciousness and fell into the water.
Meanwhile, in another place, far away from Earth, a small part of the sword blade vibrated with a faint light. It was hidden in a secret vault, guarded by a mysterious person.
The person sensed the vibration and opened the vault. He saw that the sword part was glowing and emitting a signal.
He smiled and said to himself:
"Finally, we have found its location. It's on Earth."
He closed the vault and left the room.
He had a plan to execute.
He had to get the sword back.
He had to stop Raj from fulfilling his destiny.
