Lore told Pisces that he may not be wrong with his first assertion that right and wrong shouldn't be judged by the political and social decrees of the establishment that does not abide by its laws because of its individual interest and predominant aspiration to monopolize and control the society. But she disagrees with the latter where he established his position that right and wrong should not also be adjudicated from the alleged sanctimonious stance of religious edification of the society and its incessant pontification of ethics and morality. Bolu seconded Lore's supposition.
Kyrios asked Pisces to explain why he thinks wrong and right shouldn't be adjudicated from the religious facet of society, and how it's a tool of injustice and oppression that is employed to overpower and control the people.
Who propounded the creation of government? Who propagates the ideology of religion? Pisces asked enthusiastically.
Isn't the Government an idea of religion that was dubiously usurped by the political organization that rejected the rule of God almighty to establish its fundamental rules and constitutional statutes in order to acquire the legal power and leverage to control, exploit and dominate the people?
It would have been impossible for religious organizations to get away with bad leadership, but with the political institutionalization of the society, which now dictates, controls and influences the public affairs of religious bodies through the limitations of its power and authority.
So tell me, why should I submit to the fraudulent and duplicitous political institutions, or accept the treacherous and heretic religious organization that did not conform to the incipient and embryonic established order it venally overthrew when in fact theirs is disastrous and utterly worse to the core?
If you are going to judge on the basis of right and wrong, you might as well going to judge everyone. And if you are going to penalize my criminality to commit or go against constitutionalised laws and democratic orders, we should first start with the criminally inclined government. Pisces said as he told Kyrios that the government uses religion as a systematic political tool to manipulate and repress the consciousness of the people. The government are equally corrupt and dishonourable same as the scandalous and iniquitous religious alignment.
So it is unfair and hypocritical to judge others over the same crime you perpetrated and accepted.
The social obligation of religious organizations is to condemn and check the arbitrariness and totalitarianism of the government. By speaking against injustice and condemning evil. But they are now accomplices and co-conspirators who embolden, encourage and contribute their quota of evil-doing and wrongful conduct.
If it is not because of the logic of right and wrong as the principles of ethics and morality, there wouldn't have been government on earth, but rather a complete state of social disorderliness, chaos and absolute anarchy. It would have been the government versus society, and society against the government, that is why they instituted the religious organization to brainwash and bamboozle the masses because of their naivety and gullibility.
The law frowns at crimes and criminal offenses and penalized whoever erred for minor offenses, but the most evil and heinous crime is committed
by the government, and they mostly get away with it. We all know how corrupt and and morally reprehensible the government are, but we choose to do nothing which enables them to get away with everything. So if it wasn't for the mechanism of ethics and the contrivance of morality, why shouldn't I or everyone one wake up one day and say, we are going to put an end to the government, or I am going to revenge against everyone that has been bad and evil to me, but because we know it is not right to destroy or pay evil with evil, we choose to tolerate their corruption and dishonesty, we forgive them, pray for them and support them, while a few pickets and protest against them, these are the right things to do, but isn't it also wrong?
And that is why there would never be changes, those who tolerate them are indirectly in support of their malfeasance and misconduct, those who forgive enable their inappropriate actions, those who pray for them encourage them, and those who
help them are been negatively influenced while the few who are able to protest are the only ones checking their excesses.
Are their individual actions and personal decisions not right, have they all not done the right thing?
But then, when you realized that, those who forgive, pray, and support are all responsible and unwittingly sanctioning their illegality thereby raising and influencing a generation of people who forgive, encourage, condone, support and perpetrate evil, and the circle is just repeated, have they not all done wrong and subconsciously endorsed evil? Pisces asked earnestly as everyone took a deep breath.
As much as Theodore was enjoying the intellectually enlightening discussion, he had a flight to catch, he brought out his phone to call the recommended pilot who was going to fly him to Abuja to know if he has gotten to Lagos. It's a beautiful feeling to be rich and own a private jet, but not being able to fly it yourself is a rather disappointing and disconcerting feeling, unlike a car that you can easily hop in and steer safely to your destination if your driver is unavailable or indisposed, he thought to himself as he oxidizes his pleasantly piquant sinsemilla that is popularly called loud in the country, he offered some to Pisces who took a quick gleaming whiff, Pisces has always maintained that a real fumeur consumes anything burnished that is offered to him.
Although Pisces is not a dopamine-reliant who cannot do without Tipbiting, he refers to himself as an appreciator, a conscious and seldom consumer, someone who knows the importance and appreciates the essentiality of cannabis and only consumes it socially and occasionally. A professional user who is not addicted and can function without it. Pisces refer to cannabis as a soul-pleasing appetizing comestible. He derived the word "Tipbit" from the English word "Tidbit" which means a small tasty bit of food or a pleasing bit of something, but because a reefer doesn't get chewed, but rather sucks from the inserted tip, he coined "tip" with "bit" to formed "Tipbit" and defines it as soul pleasing appetizing comestible that is intellectually stimulating and spiritually awakening.
Tipbit and Tidbit both convey the same idea of a gratifying edible that is enjoyed in modicum. And why they are both edible, the alternate synonym of Tipbit is a reefer while the alternate synonym of Tidbit is a snack.
"I will be leaving soon," Bolu whispered discreetly to Pisces. He told Bolu to hold on one second and he played "Ne Me Quitte Pas" by Nina Simone. A song that was originally sung by Jacques Brel which can be translated from French as "Dont leave me". Bolu told Pisces Sinnerman is her favourite Nina Simone song, Pisces was happy to learn that she's a fan of his favourite performer and virtuoso, he jokingly asked her to marry him.
Bolu told Pisces Sinnerman is her favourite and listed a few other Nina Simone songs which include "I put a spell on you", "Blues for mama" and the "Black is the colour of My True Love Hair" which Pisces declared unequivocally that the melodious tone and poetic lyrics of "Black is the colour of my true love" is just everything".
"The soothing vocal, rhythmic tone, euphonious modulation, symmetrical transition and cadence at which she sings activates the non-existent feminine side of me which makes me emotional and revel to her greatness, extraordinariness and sublimity. I get goosebumps every time I listen to her music and sojourn into the celestial domain with a sprightly stride and supersonic velocity". Pisces said
Bolu was completely blown away by Pisces aficionado tastes in good music and suggested he should listen to "Forbidden Fruit". Pisces asked if Bolu fancied rap and told her there was an entire rap album where Nina Simone was been sampled, "you could never have imagined the ingenious blend of classical blues and jazz masterpiece into a soulful, inspirational, pristine, undiluted, scintillating and rhythmic accented poetry", he immediately shared a Spotify link of Rapsody album titled "Eve" to Bolu. They both talked about her exceptional lyrical ability and dexterity.
"Rapsody is one of the and greatest rapper of all time", Bolu acknowledges.
"Her sophisticated rhyme scheme, effortless flow, metaphoric punchlines and aphoristic play on words makes her one of my favourite rap artist in the world. Pisces affirmed.
Lore placed her head on Kyrios who stroked her hair affectionately as she pressed her phone. She showed Kyrios a subtle post with a motif of venereal innuendo, Kyrios laughed and whispered into her ear that he thought the post was talking about the orgasmic snatching of soul and gratification of unforgettable sexual memories. They obviously cannot wait to get home to continue their celebration and end the beautiful night with passionate lovemaking.
Bolu expressed her concerns about substance abuse by the youth in the country, especially in Lagos State. She uses the opportunity to talk about her initiatives that specialise in sensitising the general public about the social consequences and dangers of drug abuse in other to educate youth and create awareness for mental health. "The drug abuse in Lagos is heartbreaking and disheartening". She said
White London shares her crazy experience them. "What youngsters of today are smoking is crazy" She said as she narracted her preposterous experience when a guy gave her a spliff along with his kindling.
"It was so little, the joint was so tiny. But immediately I illuminated it and took in the first and second gusts subsequently, right that moment, I could hear thousands of voices in my head simultaneously, which was followed by elevated breathing. I travelled beyond this world that very minute. It is with the grace of God that I am here today and not in a mental asylum".
Pisces took a glimpse at Kyrios with a crooked smile. White London's narration reminds him of Kyrio's frenetic experience after experimenting with the medicinal herbal tea C.J. made for him.
Pisces laughed and told White London. Always ask questions before you take a spliff from anyone, and if you choose not to, don't take more than the initial gust to see how your body and mind react to it before attempting to whiff further.
And with the description you gave, what you consumed was a synthetic drug popularly called "Colos" or "Colorado".
Just one whiff, your soul will leave your body, and your social behaviour will only conform to the preternatural. You see what ordinary eyes can't see, and hear what others are deafened to. While people are flustered with your sudden state of hysteria and conspicuous psychosis, you see yourself landing on the moon as a lonesome astronaut.
But here is the trick, smoking colos is the easiest and hardest thing to do, unlike every other less effective cannabis strain like Arizona or Canadian Loud. You can't take it like sport because the potency is not in the large gust of smoke that you whiff out, but in the one you might have inhaled at the process of you whiffing by lighting up.
And the effect is so crazy, nimble, and instantaneous that you feel it almost immediately.
Now imagine a non-smoker, or an average user, who has only been experimenting with a less effective cannabis and would puff out a large chunk and inhale it in style, or swallow it in reverse straight into your lung which travels into your bloodstream and is delivered to your brain.
That is an art. That is the fun for some people and the attraction to which enticed them into smoking, and then getting entrapped into the ephemeral feelings of euphoria that then confined you within the domineering purlieu of addiction. You just cannot leave the place. You walk and run to it. It is everywhere you are.
And the obsession and preoccupation with this new place can be many things, but to you, it's one thing and one thing alone which is ecstatic fun. But to others, when they are depressed, sad and experiencing anxiety. Nonetheless, I do not encourage the abuse of illicit substances or drugs.
Nor the use or abuse of anything in general and specifically psychoactive substances, they can be harmful and detrimental to our health. Too much of everything is bad, and because we do not tend to estimate what is not enough, it is impossible to control what is too much".
Lore told Pisces that he's absolutely right as she learned the other day that drinking a certain amount of water can kill someone.
Pisces told her that is the binary of life and that whatever is good can also be bad.
"You seem to be an expert on this subject matter and have quite the experience."White London told Pisces.
"I have lots of experience, but I'm not an expert on anything". Pisces said as Bolu expressed her desire to have him speak as a guest on their forthcoming awareness against drug abuse. Pisces assures he would gladly do that for her, and anything for the youth who would benefit from the program but noted that he doesn't like cameras. Theodore asks Bolu if they need sponsors, and pledges to financially support her initiative.
Pisces notices the two lovebirds have not been contributing to the conversation, they certainly can't wait to get home to copulate with their apparent dalliance and snuggling.
White London jovially told Pisces and Bolu that look like they would make a good couple and complement each other in character, complexion and conduct.
"Well, I'm yet to find the love of my life and if Pisces is the one, he shouldn't stress me. Better come and marry me immediately" She jokingly told Pisces.
"Well, I am done looking for love. What I cared about right now was making money. Enough with the heart breaks. I'm over them and not willing to risk my sanity and peace of mind over something that will cause me psychological suffering and emotional soreness." White London said
Bolu ask if it's possible for one to find a true love? Theodore jokes that they should ask Kyrios and Lore how they found themselves.
Pisces commented and said "One may never find true love, because they do not know what you are looking for."
Kyrios told them that finding true love doesn't translate to having a peaceful marriage. Pisces agree with him and said the idea of divorce after marriage doesn't make sense to him. "That is why I may never marry." he said
Bolu talked about the trend of crazy divorce as wives are divorcing their husbands and husbands are splitting up with their wives. "Nobody wants to resolve and work things out. Not even the children that can keep them together or the family that joined them can resolve their differences.
Pisces immediately told her that sex doesn't keep a man, money doesn't keep a woman, and love doesn't preserve a marriage.
"If sex can't keep a man, and money cannot keep a woman, and love cannot also preserve marriage, how else can a man be kept, and a woman be satisfied, and what else can preserve the sacredness of marital union?" Bolu asked Pisces who didn't waste time to sarcastically reply her that if he knew the answer he wouldn't be single as he laughed mischievously.
White London admires Pisces, she wants him to talk more about his belief in marriage. What does marriage mean to you? She curiously asks
"Marriage to me is spending the rest of my life with someone who loves me unconditionally like I love her, shares the same ideology about marriage with me, someone who wants to be in my life, as much as I want to be in hers, someone who appreciates things you do for them, not because they do not have the capacity to do it for themselves, but because it makes them feel special, important, happier that you do it. Someone who has a sense of dependency, not because they are afraid to be alone, but because you make their life as beautiful as they want without them asking, and they find you worthy to be relied upon, and genuinely trust you without a doubt not to betray them. Someone who shares in your pains, cry with you and comforts you.
Someone that doesn't take you for granted, and reciprocates your love and affection.
Someone who doesn't dismiss your feelings and beliefs, but understands your disposition on any subject matters.
Someone who doesn't intentionally starve you of attention and ignore your needs, but constantly offering support and care. Someone that will fight for you in your absence, and defend you in your presence.
"So you won't fight for your wife in her presence"? White London ask
Fighting in the presence of my wife, or her fighting in my presence would mean we both do have respect and reference for ourselves. She should be able to calm me down, talk to me and I will listen. And I should be able to pacify her, tell her baby that is enough and she will harken to me.
But in a case of assault, engaging in a skirmish will be a necessity.
"Awww! That is so sweet", White London said and ask Pisces to continue.
"Someone who politely disagree with you and willing to protect you with his life. Correct you with his right hand and pull you in for a loving embrace with his left.
Someone who identifies your weaknesses, but never uses them against you, and becomes vulnerable with you, because you make them feel cherished and protected.
Someone that sets the table when you are making dinner, blow out the candles when you fall asleep, and compliment you in words and actions.
Adore you like how dolphins adore the Ocean, love you as Christ loves the Church.
Someone that is proud to show you off, encourages and cheers you on from the crowd. His infectious smile is the proof of his enduring admiration, and your gratification is the motivation that keeps him going in life. Someone you can't hide a secret from, because you stutter and struggle for words when you are telling her a lie, but become thoughtfully expressive when you are telling the truth." Pisces said
Bolu was highly impressed and enraptured to know the beautiful and ideological side of Pisces. Everyone praised him for his logically prodigious mindset.
Theodore stood up and bid everyone goodbye. Lore hugged him and thanked him for the Cabernet Sauvignon wines and the money he gave her as birthday gifts.
White London hugged Bolu and expressed her admiration for Pisces.
"Your intellectual prowess and acuity amazes me", she said.
Kyrios and Lore both walked Theodore and White London to the car. Theodore expressed his delight to meet and converse with Pisces. "It's been an amazing evening and a great honour to meet you Pisces.
I look forward to seeing you some other time". Theodore said as he applauded Pisce's intellectual profundity.
Shortly after Theodore and White London left. Bolu communicated her intention to leave as it was getting late and she had planned to leave earlier so she could sleep early in other to be awake ahead of time to prepare for church tomorrow. But she decided to stay a little longer because of Pisces, and because she was also enjoying herself. She told Kyrios and Lore she was leaving, and thanked them for the opportunity to be part of their incredible anniversary and love celebration. She enjoyed herself and glad to make and meet new friends, but not just ordinary friends but powerful and intellectual friends. She says goodbye to Kyrios, Lore hugs her and says she wishes to see her again.
Bolu tells Pisces that she admires his analytic reasoning and expository analogy as he walks her to the car. And confessed that she was completely fascinated at how he profoundly regaled everyone with his deep perception and pedagogic thoughts.
Pisces emphasised the word "Regaled" and told Bolu he loved how she aptly utilized the denotative word and literally described it as a very beautiful and intellectually inclined expression, and phonetically ear-pleasing word. How is King L? He asked as Bolu who told him the dog had become something else. And that she's sure the dog is currently waiting outside the door for her right now as they speak.
"You may have just found your soul mate in your spirit animal, you literally just killed two birds with one stone. I guess it's inherent to outrageously love you.
That is uncanny". Pisces said as Bolu exclaimed in astonishment.
He specifically used the word "outrageous" to characterize the manner in which Bolu is loved because that was the term she used to describe the love her ex had for her.
"His love was outrageous, I've never seen or heard anything like it". Bolu reiterated and promised to call Pisces when she got home as she walked to her car.
The birthday party and anniversary celebration of Lore and Kyrios were over. Everyone who came to celebrate with them has left, except for Pisces who was outside discussing with Kyrios. He finally enumerates his mystification to Kyrios who assures him everything is going to be alright, and that he shouldn't hesitate to always reach out if he needs anything.
Pisces didn't want to delay Kyrios, he knew how tired and exhausted he and Lore must have been. His phone is still connected to the Bluetooth speaker as "Man's World" by James Brown starts playing.
Is it truly a man's world? Pisces asked Kyrios who glimpsed at his wife through the translucent frameless door," It's never a man's world, Man may have created and invented things, but everything man creates and acquired, he did to give a woman.
Even the great and eccentric James Brown lyrically acknowledges the world would be nothing without them." Kyrios said.
