Gabriel kept defeating skeletons for a whole week, the deeper he went inside the dungeon the stronger the skeleton got. At the beginning the skeletons were nothing, they didn't have weapons but the deeper Gabriel got they started to have some.
Ones got swords, some got gloves, some got spears, some got bows, some got Axes, some got shields. After that the skeletons started to get pieces of armor.
The longer Gabriel went the more armors they have, but that's not what made them stronger. What made them stronger was even though they were bone they still were proficient in whatever weapon they were wielding.
The skeleton wasn't made out of nothing, it was made of all the victims that die inside the dungeon, that may be normal people, hunters, knights, fighters, etc.
That's what made them strong, the dungeon made use of their skeleton to fight with people that got inside the dungeon and what's more the skeleton doesn't get tired no matter what.
At this moment Gabriel was facing a skeleton with full armor, this skeleton used to be a knight. So Gabriel wasn't putting down his guard.
"This is getting harder and harder. I don't know how the protagonist could handle a month of non-stop fighting skeletons." Thought Gabriel while he suddenly disappeared from where he was and appeared next to the skeleton swinging downward.
But the skeleton didn't even bulge, the skeletons with one hand parried Gabriel's attack and putting his hand together again did a slash.
Gabriel didn't even flinch to this attack, flexing backwards he dodge the skeletons attack. Gabriel then made a fist with his right arm and punched the sword of the skeleton.
The skeleton's sword went flying, taking advantage of this Gabriel used a side slash to decapitate the skeleton's head. The skeleton's head lifts up for a while before finally falling down.
"Sigh! This was really hard. I can finally leave this place." Said Gabriel after throwing his sword away.
The sword already broke after all the fighting he had done for the whole week. The skeletons' bones and armor turn into ashes until they form a book.
Seeing this book Gabriel could help but get excited.
"I can't believe I finally could get a skill book." Gabriel grabbed the book and opened the book.
After Gabriel opened the book it started to shine and then it disappeared. After a while Gabriel came to himself and excitedly called his personal window.
"Status" In front of Gabriel a screen light appeared.

After watching his personal window Gabriel couldn't help but nod, this was the effect of his one week training without stopping.
"With this I can finally start with my plans." Said Gabriel while closing his Personal Window.
Gabriel turned around and after doing so, there was the same door where he got in.
"This is really creepy." Gabriel pushed open the door and finally got outside.
The doors to enter dungeons are doors that always will appear behind whenever you want to live, that's why it's easy for someone to leave from a dungeon without having to spend the time walking or running the same distance one travels when in the dungeon.
Gabriel finally arrived at the same city after leaving the dungeon, after arriving the first thing that Gabriel plans to do is sell some monster cores that he got from some skeletons monsters.
Monster cores are cores inside a monster that acts as a mana for monsters, but the difference between monsters inside the dungeon and outside is that monsters outside can use their monster core and most have monster cores but inside monsters don't have cores but can sometimes reward cores from their ashes.
Only advanced enough dungeons that can have monsters with monster cores appear and low dungeons that don't spawn only reward them.
Gabriel arrived at a store with a run down store sign, this is the place he will sell the monster cores he got.
The reason that he will sell it in this store that looks shady is because this store is part of the dark zone, a store that deals with contraband goods.
The best part about this place is that they don't ask for identification and they can give cash.
Entering the place Gabriel saw a girl at the desk, when the girl saw Gabriel she greeted him.
"Hello, how can I help you?" Said the store clerk
"I can sell monster cores and I decided to choose the darkest place here." Answer Gabriel to the store clerk.
The moment the store clerk heard this, the smiling face turned serious.
"Follow me." Said the store clerk but with a voice more deep like a man's.
The clerk went towards a wall and after knocking three times in 5 random spots the wall separated making a hallway.
The clerk kept going forward and Gabriel followed behind.
What Gabriel just did now was a secret code that anyone does whenever they want to sell anything in the dark zone.
You'll always need to mention what you want to sell first and after you'll say "I decided to choose the darkest place here" to refer to the dark zone.
He knew of this place because the protagonist has also dealt with this place as a way to buy stuff he could get his hands on in other places.
This is also the place the protagonist learns that the clerk is not a woman at all but a man using a skill called [morphing] giving him the ability to change his structure and voice to anything he wants.
This is the reason why Gabriel remembers this place, because this was one of the funniest moments he read about the novel when the protagonist learns that the girl he always had a crush on before returning from the future.
Walking for a while the clerk and Gabriel finally arrive at another place, this was similar to the store, only tidier and with more expensive things than the place before.
The clerk got behind the desk and then turned to look at Gabriel.
"What do you want to sell?" Ask the clerk again without changing his real voice.
"I need to sell monster cores and I need them in cash." Answer Gabriel to the clerk question.
"Alright, how many will you sell?" Ask the clerk after putting his hand on his cheek, if you forget about the fact that he's a man and voice the sudden position that he was making was too seductive.
