"John?" They both gasped simultaneously.
Warmth washing over his face, John smiled broadly, "Hey Cara!"
Cara gasped, "oh my god!"
Subconsciously, she let go of Zion and fiercely jumped into John's arms. He also hugged her back passionately.
John carefully set her down and gently caressed her cheek with his thumb, "I've missed you so much!"
A single tear rolled down Cara's cheek, she chuckled briefly as she wiped the tear off her cheek using the back of her hand.
John finally steps into the mansion, approached Zion, and pulled him into a tight embrace, "hello brother!"
Zion was at a loss for words, he only scoffed, shaking his head in disbelief.
"You are alive? How? We thought you'd died seven years ago! What happened? Where have you been all along?" Cara questioned worriedly.
John turned to face her with his usual warm smile, "it's a long story!"
