Ten days and ten nights, that is what it took them to reach the gates of Iron Valley at the very top of the mountain and into the cave that led them straight to the black gates on the wall.
"There's no way ahead." Blair said as she glanced around.
Aeris swiveled and said, "Do you think the Valkyrie will open the doors to their kingdom for the world? After the battle that claimed the lives of half their population, they've been living away from the outside world. The more decades that pass, the more people are likely to believe they are nothing but a myth!"
"So, how do we get in?" Damien asked.
"Only with Valkyrie blood and lucky us, Conrad is of their blood."
Blair found it weird, "Aeris, how do you know so much about this gate and how to open it?"
Aeris shrugged and said, "Now that will be a conversation for another day. We need to get in there before the gate disappears!"
