Ansel hurridly gives me the letter then runs away, while I take my time to process what just happened, but I came to earth too late and by that time I had realised that Ansel had already gone out of sight.
I wanted to open the letter there and then but I was already running late to meet Manon, so I put the letter aside for later and ran my way to the social club.
"Here!!" screams a voice. I turn around to the noise to see Manon waving at me side to side with a big smile on her face.
I walk to her table to notice that it is not just the two of us who will be catching up with each other, but with other young nobles girls. I must admit, it did put me off, as these girls are the type to start a rumour with whatever piece of drama they manage to start.
I sat down and the young girls and me and Manon have a little chit chat of the things we did over the break.
"So how is this professor of yours doing? Hmm." the mood around the table went down to ice cold.

"He is resting well. Well in heaven."
