It was noon when Kyhe woke up on the extended sofa inside his office, there a bottle of water on the small table in front of the couch. He sat up holding his head from a splitting headache. He looked up at his desk where he saw a bunch of files. His memories of Jhonia speaking to him were vivid.
“Kyhe? Hey look at me! I chose you. There was never a choice to begin with but since you made one, I want you to know that I chose you.”
“I had no idea what was happening. After I found out… I thought she would want to know.
