Ace POV:
Ivan gave me details about her when I came office but everything was clear about her. Iris no surname, No parents, One brother, working 2-3 small paying jobs and living with her roommates in hostel.
Looks like I saved her innocent ass", I said to Ivan. He laughed and said, Yeah I think so boss, but still we have to be always careful", I don't think she even know how to live in the outside world.
As I arrived at my mansion after work and the whole house was different there was flower vases, smell of fucking cookies and food what the hell.
Melinda", I yelled as she came running from kitchen.
What the fuck is going on here do you think this is some park that you put flower's and shit or do you think this is your house, Answer me goddamn it",
I hate flower's it just anger me and the house it looks so freaking gloomy I fucking hate it.
Sorry sir but the new girl said you told her to clean the whole house, so i didn't said anything Sir", she said trembling. Where is she now", I asked her. In your room sir", I marched to my room ready to fucking kill her tonight.
I opened the door she looked at me with fear as i walked towards her angrily. Do you think it's your house your a fucking maid here so behave like it you bitch just because I talked a little soft doesn't mean you behave like a bitch", as I pulled her towards me by her hair tightly.
Do you understand", She looked up at me in my eyes, her eyes were wet and red of course she would be crying.
I pulled her up by her hair not much just enough close that I was looking at her eyes and that time I noticed her eyes were brown and it was mesmerizing like an eclipse of the sun under the dim yellow lights, she was trembling.
I wanted to leave her but her eyes were forcing me to gaze at them again and again it was.. calming, peaceful.
Sir it hurts I am sorry I will not do it again", sadly she looked down our eye contact broke her voice was so low if were not standing like this I wouldn't heard her voice. Get out", I said coldly and she left the room.
Author's POV:
Ace was fuming with anger he started to thrash the things in his room. His room was mess as he was sitting in edge of his bed lost in his thoughts.
A knock in his door heard with Ivan asking, Boss you good there", when Ace didn't answer back he left from there silently.
Suddenly, Ace's eyes caught a tulip lying on the floor between the shattered glass pieces. He hate that it was in his room because his mom loved tulip it was bringing him sadness and peace at the same time, he got up and picked up the flower and he throw at the bin.
Ace lay down to sleep in the thrashed bedroom as he was going into his deep slumber of sleep while thinking about her eyes and tulip.....
Iris POV:
I was knocking at the door for the past 3 minutes but not a single voice came from the other side and it was freaking me out because last night it was so scary.
Getting some courage I opened the door but the room was mess glass were shattered, flowers were crushed, bed sheets were on floor, Sir was sleeping in bed peacefully.
Now I have to clean all of this how childish he call me kid now he behave like that. but what caught my eyes is sleeping pills it was shattered beside the other side of the bed.
Nothing is bad than taking sleeping pills because if you can't even sleep then what's the point of living poor sir.
I started to clean the room quietly before he woke up and scream at me. Half an hour passed luckily all the work was done and I left the room silently.
I started to make Ginger Coriander coffee because it relives headache well sleeping pills lead to headache so, it will be good for sir.
I mean he is making me stay at his house so I want to be grateful for him even if he behave mean. Melinda was worried that Boss will kill me if I gave him coffee without his order well I am apologizing for my behavior.
He was sitting on couch in the hall reading a file and I was preparing myself mentally to talk to him. OK come on, Iris you can do this hip hip hurray
Ace POV:
I was sitting on the couch looking at the weapon shipment details. Today I was working from home because my head was hurting maybe side effects of pills fucking hell.
Sir coffee", Iris was standing in front of me in twice the size of her dress carrying a coffee in her hand. Did I ask for any coffee", I said angrily.
No sir, but your head must be hurting that's why I make something for you to drink its completely safe sir no side effects", she said innocently looking at my eyes.
Her eyes fucking hell its so attention grabbing at least to me it is. Put it on the table and get lost", she smiled what the fuck did I say a fucking joke or something I was going to yell again but she started to speak, Yes sir, it may taste a little sour but it will cure headache instantly and its really healthy to", she rambled then left smiling.
I told Ivan to send Melinda to my room as I grabbed the coffee and go to my room.
Boss", Melinda said standing outside the door. Come in",I said calmly she came inside trembling with fear as always.
So, looks like you make your own rules from now on Melinda, why the hell a little girl is giving me coffee without my order in my house aren't you the chef cook", I said coldly to which she instantly replied, Sorry boss but the girl said she wanted to apologize so that's why she did that, I told her, boss will not like it But she really wanted to, boss next time I will take care of it boss".
It's OK next time before you change something ask me, you can go now", I said and she left with a relief.
I am not punishing her because her tea was good for my headache that's why.
