Soon enough the weekend came and the first week of Highschool had ended, I had many things I could do and hang out with whoever and even go to different worlds if I wanted to but I decided to do something easier.
"Yooo Saiki? You here man?" I called out as I stood in front of his house.
I waited for a bit but I heard nothing, "Hmmm, is he really gone?" I say before I close my eyes and use one of my few abilities I rarely use.
'Eyes of Soul sight' my eyes glowed a bit, Thanks to my Solomons Knowledge, as I looked at his house to detect and see if anyone was home.
And low and behold Saiki was there and he was just playing video games, not even wearing a headset at that.
I returned my eyes back to normal as I looked up towards his bedroom, "Saiki! I know your there! Don't act like your not home! Even if your to lazy to get up you can at least unlock the door yourself." I call up to him.
"'Just leave me alone alright? I just want a break from everyone righ-'"
"I got some of that fancy coffee jelly you like."
*Click* as soon as I say that the gate to his house opens along with his front door, and I just shake my head and smile before heading on up and in.
"So, how was your school Huh? Enjoy meeting your 'friends' that I mentioned you'd meet when you started Highschool?" I say as I was now hanging out in his room while he was eating coffee jelly as we read manga, me to see who my competion was and him to just read my Food Wars.
"'…. I don't want to think about those idiots….'" He says with a depressed look on his face.
"It's that bad huh, I know the Chunni and the thug guy you must have met by now, though it depends on who else you have come to meet after only this first week?" I say before opening the bag of chips I had bought as well as I looked at him.
"'The annoying girl who is desperate to make me go 'Owow', another girl who had a thing for me but after three days of it not working out instantly fell for another guy which even I thought was a bit fast, a hyperactive sports guy and a guy that is trying to play as a normal guy but was clearly in a gang at one point, those are the weirdos I've met so far.'" He says to me with his classic deadpan look on his face.
"Well that makes two of us, in my grade I got a girl who hates men and who I had to fight because she thought I was cheating on my girlfriend with my other girlfriend-"
"'Why do you have two girlfriends? Scratch that why are they okay with that?'"
"Well they didn't like each other at first but since then they have become friends or at least friendly they're not at each others throats."
"'I can never understand how people can get in relationships, they seem both messy and overrated to me.'"
"So your planning to stay single all your life and die alone?"
"'No just that I want a rather plain, normal girl with no weird or obsessive quirks about her, someone like that would be good for me.'"
"Ah that's already a hard bargain man, finding a completely bland woman in this world is like finding a needle in a haystack."
"'Is it really that hard to find a normal woman in this world?'"
"You kidding me? You exist in this world, so do I and along with a bunch of other espers, magic users and the like, and if you knew how crazy the people at my school were, you might not feel as special, even if you don't like flaunting your powers even if you totally could."
"'Should I be glad that I didn't get scouted for your school or not? Your sending mix signals about it to me.'"
"Well it depends on your perspective on the school itself man, but speaking of which if you ever see a blonde twin tail chick that looks like a fashion model who's being followed along by a rather average looking girl steer clear of those two, their bonafide psychopaths who genuinely want to see the world burn, and I'm not kidding I've seen what they plan to do in a vision, but it's changed since then since they seem to know about the supernatural world and now their goals are pretty blurry." I say to him with a serious look.
He looks at me for a second before rolling up his sleeve as he pulls off a micro thin film from his hands before holding it out, "'Show me, I'd rather know if something like that is gonna happen or if something even remotely close to that Will possibly happen.'"
I just smile when I hear that, "At least you really care about your family." I say before I grab his hand.
And within a moment but what felt like an hour to us both, he saw the entire events of the Worlds Greatest Tragedy as it unfolded, at least how it would have happened back in the original universe of Danganronpa.
Soon enough he let go and looked pensive, "'That was horrible, but you said it's not going to happen that way now?'"
"No, but I don't think they have given up on that plan of theirs, and I'll be honest, I could sense something deep within Junko, the crazy blonde bitch you saw, something beyond what a normal human should have and it seemed evil at that, and that's the weird part is that I can easily see through anything if I want to, but I looked at her and I couldn't see it, all I saw was a pitch black void within her, and that's what makes me believe she's still has those plans." I say while shaking my head while thinking about it all.
"'…. Have you thought of…. Well….'" He didn't feel comfortable saying it but I saw a dark look in Saiki's eyes behind his green tinted sunglasses.
"Killing her? If it was that simple, she may not look it but she has backup plans and backups on top of those backup plans if those fall through, so my best bet is to wait, find out what it is that is making her different from normal people, and if I have a way to deal with it then I'll go that route, but for now I have to just keep watch on her, luckily I already have someone doing that for me." I say closing my eyes as I see through Serenity's eyes who was closely watching Junko from the shadows.
Though as I was deep in thought, "Yooo! Bro! You around man?" I heard from outside the window only to see Saiki grab his head as he massaged it.
"Hey! You don't have to shout like that you know? Hey Saiki, want to hangout? I found this really nice Udon shop downtown that has noodles to die for!"
"Pfft, who needs udon when ramen is clearly better, I got a great Ramen place we can go to that is amazing Saiki! So come on out!!!"
I hear both voices as they begin to argue as I give Saiki a smug grin, "Oh look, your friends have come to play, don't you wanna hangout with them?" I said wiggling my eyebrows just to annoy him.
"'…. Haaaa…. Good grief.'"
