Hello I am Ria Rosè.I am a 17 year old girl at Rodshur high.As you all know,I was running late one day and bumped into a mysterious puny boy.Turns out, he was a new student at my school and as Student President it was my duty to show him a tour.Me and the mean girl Azara had a disagreement about him.As I spent time with him,I grown some type of feeling and he said he felt the same and…well…we kissed.Or at least I think we did.
I can't believe it..I lost the only thing that gave me a chance at being recognized.Some people did rely on me,but those people were just like me.They wanted to be something of themselves,and so do I.Today I just lost my job.It feels so,unreal that it's gone.It's really gone.
The rest of the day I sat with my head down and cried in the bathroom stalls.To think that me,Ria Rosè would be silently crying to herself about losing her job it's upsetting.Even I never seen this coming.
AFTER SCHOOL
"Wait.Are you okay?"A boy says behind me.
I turn around and realize who's talking to me
" oh so NOW you wanna talk to me huh?" I say angrily," What happened to you?what happened to what you said.You were gonna be there for me but when I try and talk to you,you say your not my LAPDOG?HA!WHAT DOES THAT EVEN MEAN."
"Here me out."M says,"Azara told me something about you."
"SO YOU BELIEVED HER?YOU DO KNOW SHES A BULLY RIGHT?SHE ISN'T EVEN MY FRIEND.SHE,SHE BULLIED ME.AND YOU KNOW THAT." I yell at him with tears starting to form in my eyes.
"Let me explain exactly what she said."M says.
"Fine."I say wiping my eyes,"go ahead."
"As you know,I sat beside her tod-"M says .
"Yea what was with that."I say interrupting him.
"I have a secret that nobody knows yet.Not even my friends.And that date we went on…it can never happen again." M says.
What..?
"But why?"I say,"why can't we?Did you not like it?It was your idea ya know."
"I'm not a good person.I'm far from what you think I am.Which is why I tried to avoid you"M says,"but that's not the point.She told me that you were going around telling people I'm your lapdog and we date."
"And you believed it??How unbelievably stupid of you." I say.
M starts to rub his forehead
"Can you just listen?your giving me a headache."M says.
"I'm mad.And I think you know that by now.But just continue."I say angrily.
"She said that you..uh.."M says,"She said that you had family problems."
I get silent
"I used to be friends with her."I say,"we used to be the best of friends actually.One say I just don't know what happened.These girls started to look up to her and she started loving all of the attention.Two days later everybody looked away from me.She told people my Father abused me."
It goes silent
"..I'm sorry to ask but,is it true?" M says.
"…."
