The whole Madison family gathered in the Madison living room with Mark Madison's lawyer seated right opposite them explaining the first rules of the will which is only to be read in three months time after her father's burial.
Laurel sat as calmly as the others and listened attentively to the lawyer. Everyone was calmly listening until it got to the point of the sole heir and how it's expected to go, that was when the chaos started. Doris and Lisa were not willing to listen to any other thing being said by the lawyer, while Tim sat mute, watching the unfolding drama just like Laurel.
When they were able to quieten down a bit, the lawyer also dropped the condition for the sole heir, at first they were confused and then it dawned on them that there was a chance that things might eventually work in their favour, so they relaxed a bit.
