These outlaws usually are led by brutal leaders, who enforce their authority through fear and violence. They disregarded morality and empathy, as they never hesitate to inflict harm or kill their own kind. They embraced survival-of-the-fittest mentality, believing that the weak deserve to perish while the strong thrive. They have little mercy, and their behavior is unpredictable. Their numbers and collective power make them a force to be reckoned with, a constant threat to the well-being of other survivors.
