"Thanks for helping me again. I have a favor to ask If you are free of course" Cael asked Zidikle.
"Sure, Vaeri is adjusting things for the coming battle. So, I'm free for now" She agreed.
Cael took her to his workshop inside his room under his bed.
"When did you build this place?" Zidikle asked seeing the vast space inside the bed, it is like a huge room and there are many different magic items in the room. The room has its sky and incredibly large landmass. It is surprising to see such a huge space when she entered it through the bed.
"When I was first given this place, it is an easy spell" 'especially in here where counterforce doesn't exist'.
"What now, then?"
"I just want you to punch me?"
"Are you serious?"
"Yes, when we first met. You are able to punch me when even touching me should be impossible. You don't even have magic so, I want to explore the reason for that phenomenon"
"Touching you is impossible?" She is confused hearing that and is quite skeptical about it. Cael understood that so, he decided to show her.
He conjured multiple weapons above his head and let them fall on him. Just when the weapons are about to touch, they ricocheted in multiple directions without even touching him.
"I created a barrier spell that can repel almost anything that tried to touch me without my permission."
Zidikle is impressed on one hand but still "Magicians are really weird creatures, do you hate people touching you that much?"
Cael rolled his eyes and sighed "You know, I am extremely proud of that spell, I half-expected you would praise it"
"Don't get me wrong, It is a useful spell. It's just, your reason for creating is weird. So, what if I touch you now, will you hate it?" Zidikle said while placing her hands on his chest.
Cael froze for a second, he can feel her emotions. She's not teasing him or anything but his thoughts were something else for an instant feeling her so close to him.
"I-Its difficult to move, can you please take off your hands"
"Why are you flustered? Anyway, so I touched you just like you asked, is there anything else I need to do? To be frank, I don't like hurting you"
Cael let his emotions sink and used his third eye to read the phenomenon and understood what was going on. He's surprised by what he finds but considering this is the reverse side of the world, it is not impossible.
"Okay, you can take your hands off. I found the reason"
Zidikle did as told and asked "Oh? That fast? I expected something more. So, what is the reason your spell is ineffective?"
"My spell is completely alright. It's you that is special. Your ahmu lineage doesn't possess magic power but it gives you another power."
"And that is?"
"Reality warping, in your case, your body can physically do anything, even the impossible by warping the very existence of the world. Your punches will always harm someone if you want them to. You are like Superman"
"Hmm? What is this Superman thing?"
"Forget what I just said. In short, you are the ultimate Fighter that can defeat anyone with your bare hands"
"I don't care even if I can, It's not like it helps me roam the outside world?"
"You want to go on an adventure?"
"Yes, but it is impossible. Vaeri told me, with my power, it is impossible to venture into the world due to the hidden dangers. She always cared for me. So, I don't doubt her words"
"Cared for you? Then the first time we met, isn't she the one who used a powerful attack when you are right beside me? And others just rolled with it"
"That's because she knows I will not be harmed. My body is made of crystal, I cannot be harmed by anything, at least not until now. Also, Vaeri is a person who will do anything to protect Oziran, so she can easily take those decisions"
'That's unexpected, I thought she is being discriminated against due to being magicless. I sometimes forget these people are not human '
"Right, and the adventure part? Do you really like the outside world that much?"
"I like being a free bird, staying in the same place is not just me. That's why I chose the warrior path. Sometimes, warriors can patrol outside the islands. It rarely happens but I look forward to it when it does"
"You and I share the same passion for adventure"
"That's Great! Oh, I just realized, I have something to do, I'll meet you later" Out of nowhere Zidikle started sprinting outside leaving behind a confused Cael.
"Didn't she just say, she's free for now? Right, I have something to do too"
Cael moved on to his next work. The visions he was when he first activated the Eye of Enlightenment are pretty disturbing.
He saw those that must not be seen, more than that, he saw something interesting, something impossible with his knowledge. He didn't have time to think then but now he's free, he decided to think things through.
"Just who is this person to sneak up on Zelretch of all people and still stay anonymous?"
He cast a spell that showed everything his mind has memorized till today in a display.
On the display is a 'man' that didn't appear even with his third eye which should be impossible considering he could know everything until this point, hell he could even see the root and layers of the world with his eyes. But the 'man' is just a white humanoid figure.
The Impossible Man knocked Zelretch cold and snapped his fingers but then, the figure turned his head like he can see Cael. The 'Man' turned back and vanished.
Cael felt a chill in his spine, he erased the fear and thought deeply.
That being is above everything he has known.
'Is he the God that reincarnated me in this universe? That should make sense considering my Halo is an artifact made by the 'God of Eternity' ' Cael hypothesized.
'So, he stopped Zelretch from messing with me for f*king up the timeline. I understand why Zelretch didn't know about me now. He must have also safeguarded me, preventing the counterforce from eliminating me at birth in this world'
"Alright, One mystery is solved, at least hypothetically. Next is, just why does Chaldea exist?"
He had too little knowledge back when he met Romani Archaman then but now he has the resources he decided to check it himself.
Chaldea Security Organization existed because the Fourth Holy Grail war is won by Marisbury Animusphere and got his wish granted.
This should be impossible since the Grail is corrupted in the first place and as a participant, he knows all the masters and servants.
Humanity isn't incinerated in the timeline where the original fourth holy grail took place. Chaldea remained as a space observatory.
So, he didn't understand what created this mess.
Cael used his Third eye, this time he didn't feel pain, instead, he could control it, it is too easy.
The answer came to him too easily and it made him so mad, he let his rage boil without any control.
"That piece of shit!!! You Dumb F*ck Soren!!! You just used your f*king wish for human Incineration to what? f*king fill your harem dream! "
Cael stomped the ground so hard, massive craters formed due to his blessed strength.
After cooling off some steam. Cael tried to calm down but what made him so mad is, it is not Soren's 'wish' per se, it is a 'perk' granted by the R.O.B to Soren as an extra for god knows why.
And Soren said he wanted the Chaldea Security Organisation in this Timeline.
"Huff*, Alright, that answered all my questions. What a pain in the ass, Soren, I take my word back, you are an eyesore even if you were useful"
After erasing the rage in his mind, Cael went back to working on his spells. There is a war that is coming and he has to be ready for it.
He started using The Arcane Magic to perfect his Reflection Barrier. He used the Eye of Enlightenment to get used to casting with eyes.
"Not bad, This is convenient but this will also make researching magecraft less interesting"
Cael appreciated Arcane magic for its Versatile use, He can do literally everything with Arcane Magic.
He could cast every spell he could think of. There are no limits to it especially on the reverse side of the world.
But, that makes Magecraft boring. Cael loved the multiple ways magecraft can work and there is a feeling of accomplishment. So, while he appreciated Arcane Magic, he didn't plan to use it too much as he feared he will become too lazy to invest in Magecraft.
