Well this is normal after all this place host the Seaman race, they look like humanoid fishes, there are also Siren and Merman race but thay are treated as nobilities ong all sea creatures so instead of Walk..swimming they are traveling in carriages that looks like boat.
Nova came down from the air and landed infront of the city gate, the guards asked for Id which he shown to them, his Id was forged by Shauna family, so the guards didn't find anything wrong with it, allowing him to enter.
The guards also didn't question him what a human is doing here as Humans from other world came here every other day, so seeing a Human is not rare at all, rather it's common.
Nova entered the city and walked towards the Explorer Guild, yes walked he is walking on water wearing the special shoes he bought at the entrance of the city, at first he thought the seller is joking then he found out outsiders aren't allowed to swim here, thay have to buy this Aquawall shoes if they want to tour their city.
The Merman race people are prideful bunch here, they said that they don't want their waters to be polluted by other race scum, so this Aquawall shoes were made.
And no one cross them as their Race also has a Divine Beast Kraken, which is enough to shut other people mouth, even though Kraken don't interfere much but once other start killing the sea race people he will be the first to protect them and rip the intruders. He is another Short Temper guy.

Nova enters the building of Explorers "it's quite organised" The indoors of the Explorers guils is quite organised, here people can be seen working their jobs perfectly, there is not even a bit of mishape here, all thing is perfectly arranged.

The Id card given by Volpes will only work in their Divine Beast territory but Explorer guils can wbmven be used on other territory even on other world's.

The form was simple, it only required name, realm and a guaranteer, he choose Volpes as guarantee, after all Volpes are one of the 4 kings under Divine beast, his realm is D rank wich he wrote, as this world also uses Universal Realm ranking, only se isolated or another Universes have their own ranking system.
"hmm, all set then, please give me a drop of your blood mix with your mana for last procedure" Lily said to him after filling the form in some kind of machine.
Nova pricked his finger and infused his blood with his mana and then he put the blood into the se machine.
After few seconds a Iron card came out of the machine.
Lily passes his card to him and explained the ranking of explorers guild which is Iron, Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Crystal and more which will be revealed if he has the qualifications.
Nova now is A Iron rank Explorer and he has to complete 10 Missions to Rank up.
Nova need to be at least Gold Rank if he wants access to Central City of this World called Primal Heart city.
Returning to main hall he started looking for missions for D rank realm powerhouses in Iron grade board.
Unlike others in Explorer guild you have to complete missions based in your power realm, so having a Explorer ranking card is another show of ones battle powers as there are different missions in Iron section for a E ranker and A ranker.
This perfect combination made Explorer card a new identification accepted by many Worlds.
In the same section of Iron there can be collection task or task to catch a thief based on one's power realm and now Nova is also selecting A Mission best for his Rank.
