"where are we going?" Nova asked as Celes just get up from her seat and told Nova to follow her.
"don't you want to know about the world travel?, follow me then Quietly" Celes said without turning back.
"world travel is not simple. There are some prerequisite you have to complete before you could travel to other worlds safely" Celes
"So we are going to Eternal Liberary to make use of your free quota of this year to get you a Soul Art suitable for you, Having a Powerful Soul is one of the prerequisites to world travel." Celes.
"okay, but what are others condition for safe travel?" Nova asked about other conditions as he is excited to travel to other world.

After some seconds a crystal came out of the black box next to the computer looking device.
