In this part of the story, i am going to tell you about a special girl whom I had a crush on when I was in class 6 or 7 and just shifted to a new school. The girl was completely opposite to the other girls in the story. She was bold, strong, and a confident spirit. In a sense, you can say that she was wild. And I used to like her wildness. Let me tell you, exactly how we met.
It was our school's annual camp at our school's very own premises. I guess for those who don't know, scouting is a great way to develop yourself into a better and more disciplined individual, though they were unable to reform me. It's nothing to be happy about. Being disciplined is good for your own life and self-esteem.
So, as I was saying, it was the first time I was left alone at the school and was about to spend the whole day there. It was a big day for us, who were new recruits because after finishing the camp, we will be recognised as official scouts and would get our waggles and scarfs.
Ours was a big school, and if I were to estimate it, there would be roughly around 20000 students per shift. And at night, the place seems really scary. Like big, empty, and full of surprises. Say, for example, our patrol leader, who was supposed to lead us, was afraid of darkness. And guess what he was 4 years older than me, and he had been a scout for 3 years, but this was the first time he ever came to camp. Like seriously, dude!
Anyways, at around 12.00 p.m., we were called onto the assembly place. It was basically an open field with a basketball court on one end. We sat there, under the open sky. And that's when I first saw her. It wasn't anything unusual, so I just forgot about it.
A few days later, at the recess, we got the information that some girl was beating the shit out of some thief who tried to steal her bag. When we got outside the school, we were shocked to see the view in front of us.
There was a girl totally fighting like an ufc champion against one fully grown man. And everyone was enjoying the fight. And upon closer inspection, I recognised her. Woah!
I never saw any girl as brave and strong as her. Something like Jhansi ki rani. Truly remarkable at her combinations of punches and jabs.
