The days passed peacefully for two days, and on this day, Roy Lewis had a social engagement in the evening.
Before leaving, he spoke to the little master who was staying at home for lunch and waiting for the driver to send him to Richelle Dunn's house.
"Timmy, Daddy has a project to discuss tonight, so I might come home very late. I won't be picking you up today, so you don't have to wait for me in the evening."
If it had been before, Roy Lewis would not have been in the habit of reporting his whereabouts to his son.
But recently, he had almost become used to occasionally picking up his son and sometimes even saying goodnight to him before he went to bed.
So, fearing that his son would wait for him at night, he specifically explained it to him.
"Oh, I got it!"
The little master responded casually, but in his drooping eyes, there was a hint of resentment.
