Rayan pushed the glass door of Rowen's cabin open. He pulled the blazer a little closer so he could sit in the chair in front of Rowen. He said with concern,
"What happened? You call me all of a sudden."
Rayan said this, pressed his lip and wiped his perspiration.
"Sorry. You don't like to ask questions."
Rudra did not answer. Pressing a few buttons in the lab tub, he brought something to the screen and turned it toward Rayan. He raised an eyebrow and said,
"When did Harlin join Harmonia? They are also working on the same project as us, and as you are aware, the game will be released soon. And guess what? Harlin is in charge of this project.
So, what the fuck are you doing?"
Rayan paused for a moment, scratching his chin.
"Wait a minute, what? Harlin is in charge of this project, but how did that happen? She is only recently arrived in the country; how did she get there?"
Rower turned away, a bitter expression on his face. Rayan frowned and commented,
"Why are you angry --- brother? I honestly had no idea. I know Eden is the project president, but is Mrs Harika dumb or what….?" He trailed off.
Rowen shot his last smile before turning around the laptop,
"You are constantly preoccupied with your wife; it is natural that you are unaware of what is happening outside."
Rayan sighed in reply,
"Sorry about that. I will get you all the information you need today."
Rowen bit his lower lip and considered something. Then, in a hurried tone, he said,
"You already know what you should do."
Rayan gulped and stated,
What do I have to do, brother? "I do not get it."
Rowen slammed his fist on the table in rage.
"Stupid! Why are you here if I have to tell you everything?"
Rayan squinted and bowed his head. Rowen leaned back in his chair and closed his eyes. In a husky voice, he said,
"Make sure the game becomes ash before it leaves the warehouse."
Rayan's face turned scarlet. He said, in fear,
"But, brother, it's not right. You guys vying with each other to bear off is ok, yet it will be a heinous act."
Rayan lowered his head once more as Rowen lifted his brows. Rayan smirked and unbound himself,
Like a hammer, like a dog. I did not want that filthy mess to be tolerated in the tech industry. Let us wait for the conclusion."
Harlin's POV,
My grandpa had been leading on "Harmoniya" till his last breath. He usually developed software, but after my father took the chair, he started to develop games. Well, that's when Harmonia's other LLC started for the game to be developed. but that did not last long as my father married my mother, and his family did not like it, so they kicked him out of the clan. Thence, they called off the game development business. When I was overseas, among many other things on my mind, I developed a fantasy legends game, "Shadow of Enchantment."
I was not allowed to blur out my identity; frankly speaking, I didn't want to, so I approached my company as a game developer by showing them this project, and guess what? I passed it on.

Uddyan, road no-3, C block, Dhaka-
Mrs Harmoni-my grandma, places her trembling hand on my bow and keeps a sharp look-out on me. Her hands' skin hung in the curls, but the youthful radiance on her face remained. I have been lying in her lap since I got here. I knew she would have been looking forward to this moment for a long time. She appeared before me after my father died and nurtured me for five years. And for these five years, I poured cold water on her proposal to live with her and threatened to cut off all ties if she hindered me from relishing my solitary life. Well, now don't ask how this wild horse was brought under.
No one can get at me unless I want them to, and it is an uphill task.
Grandma absorbed me, eager to ask a question; finally, she opened her mouth,
"How's everything going, honey? When is the game launch date?"
"One month later, Grandma. You are the chairman of the company, yet, you don't know your product's updates?"
"You have been working on it for a long time; now take a break. You will get sick if you work this hard."
"I don't have time at that time; I have to go back after all the work, Grandma. " I replied, straightening my face.
"You will abandon me in this manner, just as your grandfather and father did. Now it is your turn." The elderly lady exhaled heavily.
"You know the reason; my body is with me, but my heart isn't; it's still in Canada, and I have to go back and protect it."
"I know, my love. Why don't you want to take over the company? I am getting older, and I can not handle it on my own any longer. I expected you to take on all of the responsibility when you arrived, leaving me in peace. Then I am going to hang out and make a boyfriend, but it is no longer happening."
I turned my face away from Grandma's words and chuckled.
"It is not time yet, Grandma. I have returned to the company, as you say, but I can't be chairman now. Being chairman requires me to relocate to the corporate headquarters, which is currently impossible. We shouldn't knock off everything for our sudden changes; you know very well that I have a dream and I have to fulfil it, no matter what. "
Grandma appears to be dissatisfied with my response; she narrowed her eyes,
"I am not grabbing the chain to make your dreams come true. Rather, I believe that if you become the chairman of this company, the road will be smooth. "
"I know, Grandma. But I would like to get it all on my own. Give me some time, and I will figure it out." I lean over Grandma's shoulder and wrap my hand around her.
"I know you want to ask something else." I cracked a smile.
Grandma blanched and shuddered at my words. The conversation she is carrying on with her silver tongue to inquire about something she is never known about is blown out by my simple question.
"Come on, granny. I thought you were insensitive, but I had no idea you were also a chicken-hearted, goofy person. Beyond dispute, how Rowen knocked you down and adhered to your business."
"I have heard Rowen's company is also working on a similar game."
