Upon reviewing my status, I realized that it provided little new information apart from details about my powerful dragon bloodline. Intrigued, I decided to inquire further with the system.

"Alright, I understand the bloodline stats. Now, can you explain your functions and how you will assist me?" I asked.

"Currently, my functions are locked and will only be accessible after you enter into a marriage," the system responded.

"Wait a moment! I've just arrived in this world, and you're already urging me to get married?" I questioned, feeling somewhat bewildered.

"You selected the bloodline system, which requires the spread of your dragon bloodline for its activation," the system clarified.

"But must it be through marriage?" I queried, seeking alternative possibilities.

"Yes, dragons are creatures of pride and possessiveness. They won't easily allow others to lay claim to what belongs to them," the system explained.

The idea of someone else touching my future partner ignited a surge of protectiveness within me.

"I understand now. It's a matter of their territorial nature," I acknowledged, somewhat comforted by the reasoning.

"That's correct. Dragons fiercely guard what is theirs," the system affirmed.

"Alright then, but if I focus on expanding my bloodline, will I still be able to transform into a dragon? What sets your option apart from the second one?" I inquired, eager to grasp the distinction.

"With the second option, you would have been born as a young dragon or a dragon subspecies. The system would then present quests and rewards to aid your transformation into a mighty dragon. However, by choosing the third option, you are reborn as a human. The system will help increase the purity of your bloodline through procreation rather than quests. At higher levels, the ability to transform into a dragon becomes less significant, with the exception of the unique characteristics associated with the dragon race, such as dragon might and dragonic pressure," the system elaborated.

"Ah, I see. I hadn't fully considered the long-term implications," I reflected. "So, to activate my functions, I must find a suitable partner and get married. Before that, though, I should first take a look at myself in the mirror. Surely, having dragon blood running through my veins will enhance my appearance and aid in securing a worthy spouse."

As anticipation coursed through me, I made my way towards the elegant mirror stand in the room, eager to catch a glimpse of my reflection and envision the possibilities that lay ahead.
