Azilya had been experimenting with increasing his stats decreasing them, seeing the adverse effects and the positive effects, what stats he needed, what stats he didn't so on and so forth.
He had come to the understanding that unless he learned a lightning mantra, any talent in lightning would be useless, their talents would be tested when entering the martial arts major, there it would be useful but until then he found that the best way he could gain stats at the moment was, to increase martial talent.
He also learned that some stats didn't convert 1 to 1. His physique required a lot more points to advance even by a point
Martial talent meant your talent in physical martial arts rather than martial arts with force. The way he would gain stats was to train until failure again and again, with his talent quite high he would manage to gain quite a high amount of stats.
Martial talent helped in gaining physical stats and even regeneration, but still it would lead to him having to wait a day or two to regenerate until he could train again if he piled everything into Martial talent. Instead he found a few different stats that could help regeneration.
He had a plan for when he got admitted to college, so he bought 2 million dollars worth of regeneration potions, that were purely for increasing regeneration speed, he got the cheapest kind that would increase about 10x for someone with almost no martial training but as the power increases the change in regen would decrease.
He could add stats to his constitution, which he found to be one of the best ways, there was a separate regeneration stat that he could add extra to, and then there was the lightning physique.
In the end after he compared the stats available in the system sheet, he chose a middle ground. He put 10 points into regeneration, 230 to Heavenly Lightning Destruction Physique, and 260 to constitution.
This was all the stats he could gather from all different talents and minor stats, 100 was the average human major stat value. He had exactly 100 from start and with 260 more he reached 360 total. Which was a good number especially for someone who basically never had done martial arts before, he did some in the future but not in this body.
It took him 5 days to do all this experimentation. It was over but so was the wait, now it was time to go to the university, and when everyone was trying to see if they got in he would just finalize his admission.
First thing in the morning, at 8:30 at the opening time, he went to the admission office, no matter how advanced the technology some universities just liked the prospect of admitting students in person.
The college was located in the absolute center of the city, actually the whole city was built around it in a circular formation, since runes were used to protect the entire city with the college as the heart of the array. Well they hadn't been in use for a while since there wasn't any monster hordes or shadow beast attacks or people committing treason to humankind in a massive scale.
Azilya left his house around 7:45 to be there a bit before 8:30, even then in front of the admission office there was still a line of 15-20 people, luckily this was a big day and 20 different cubicles were working for the quick admission of all students that would come.
He was able to enter with the first group to the cubicles. The cubicle worker said:
"Hello sir, may I get your id so I can enter your information to our system. If you aren't 18 yet, I need your legal guardians or a court order regarding you being responsible."
Azilya answered wtih:
"Here's my Id, before you even ask, I applied for both runomechanical and martial arts as my major, I was accepted by both, I'll be going forward with the Martial arts admission today."
"Alright give me 2 minutes while I enter your information, … … … silence.avi… … … *click clack* … … … alright thats it. I need a picture for the student id, do you have a passport size digital or physical photo on you"
"Nah"
"Alright take a seat here, alright a bit more to the left, turn towards me a bit, no no no too much, alright wait, turn a bit to the left, a bit more, perfect, now tilt your head up up up up up up okay good that good enough, alright give me a slight smile, no no no not like a creep, a nit more enthusiasm come on, ahhh yess exactly okay wait like that, *click* lets see how it winded up. Honestly looks decent. Alright, here is your id. Welcome to Beggalor University, I am a fourth year senior btw, I already finished my minor in photography so if you need any explicit pictures taken hit me up. Alright have a good day."

Before Azilya could ask for her name for the said pictures, he was basically pushed out of the way.
He would have to just move on and see if he met this lady again in school.
He already had his college Id and could enter the university grounds as he wished. This was a national university, so nothing was done with money and almost all facilities were free.
The facilities that weren't free accepted payments in college merits. The only non free facilities were found in martial arts department so the school had a merit system for the martial artists. Anyone could take missions or contribute in other ways to gain these merits and use them in the facilities but it was mainly for the martial artists.
In his previous life, he had worked extremely hard, double majoring in runomechanical engineering and martial arts. After college he branched into defense industry, and gained huge renown, then after the assasination attempt he, let go of his job and advanced his martial arts.
Well he had fell behind his peers by a lot in the 20 years he worked as an engineer. Azilya didn't back down, instead he tried harder and reached quite high levels in martial arts.
World was in need of heroes, day by day everything would keep getting worse and worse after the Aibar Singularity. The world hadn't ended in the following 30 years but it was in the expense of all the previous heroes. Not many new heroes appeared and the ones that did died prematurely.
This time he would be there, to be the saving grace and protect the other heroes, even if he didn't have a decent upbringing, he stil wanted to live his life well and with humans.
