An uncomfortable silence followed the initial greeting, with both parties exchanging glances. Fortunately, the tension dissipated when someone finally spoke up.
"Nice to see you too, Grace," Jeni interrupted in a slightly annoyed tone, her arms at her hips. She was growing frustrated at being ignored.
"Right, you are also welcome, Jeni." Grace smiled behind the mask, amused by her behavior. Lucius let out a breath, taking a chair and sitting down.
''What is it you want to discuss?'' Lucius opened the conversation, prompting all three people in the room to look at him.
''Always in a hurry,'' Emilia muttered, and Grace, with a smile behind her mask, took a seat, tapping the magical desk in thought about where to begin.
She then turned her head to Jeni, who was looking between each of them, her gaze shifting from side to side as she observed the two of them sitting. Eventually, her expression turned questioning.
