An air of confidence radiated from Lucius as he led them to the Southern Gate. Anyone who stood in their way instinctively parted, their eyes locked onto the approaching group.
It was clear to all that this was the most formidable gathering they had ever witnessed. Yet, in his mind, he paid little attention to people pointing at them with their mouths open in fear.
"They didn't come," he muttered alone at the front. One group was missing from the gathering—Last Luminous, and more importantly, Grace Numinous. They didn't appear—not that he expected them, but it still left him feeling uncomfortable. He hoped they would come and maybe fix the sour relationship so he could get some answer
