Peeking out from behind a dense bush, they observed the goblins and kobolds meticulously clearing the forest. Each falling tree produced a sharp cracking sound, followed by the thud of it hitting the ground.

However, this tranquility was shattered when a goblin, returning to the forest after delivering its resources, collided with a kobold carrying a log on its back. The collision pushed the kobold back, causing it to drop the log onto its own foot.
