Waking up the next morning with the cold air against them, Lucius lightly moved Lily, who was using him as a pillow and got up.
He greeted Emilia, who had kept watch for the latter half of the night. The sounds of movement could be heard behind him as the rest of the group woke up, stretching, yawning, and dusting off their clothes.
"Morning, Emilia," he said to the girl, who greeted him back and stood up.
Moving outside the cave and waiting for the rest, he looked at the sky. It was cloudy, but no rain was falling; a faint mist covered the area high above.
"Is it because of the barrier?" he wondered out loud as Lily arrived next to him with the rest behind her.
"Let's head off," he decided after taking a good look at them. They all looked slightly tired and cramped from sleeping in the rocky cave, which wasn't comfortable.
