Blood essence required for first stage is scarlet scale python . There are total of 9 stage in Body Training technique in which first stage grant total of 20k pounds of strength , second give strength of 50k pounds which required tempering of Lighting Leopard .
He began to look for scarlet scale python in the forest as he ride on his horse. While he was looking for scarlet scale python he encountered many demonic beasts which he dealt with easily as he collected a lot of material. Scarlet scale python is rare as its blood contain a trace of dragon's bloodline which make it rare in demonic beasts , it also is more powerful than demonic beasts of same cultivation.
It has been few days as he was searching for Scarlet scale python but couldn't find a trace of it which made Yang Chen want to give but as he was thinking of giving up his search for Python he notices some traces of python on the ground which was going deep into forest he thought of giving last try as he followed the traces on ground as he made his way to cave which was very big as he sense a presence inside the cave which made him alert.

It was 6-7 meter long Python which was covered in scale of scarlet color as it moved it's tongue in the air. It was what Yang Chen was searching for in forest Scarlet scale Python. It was bigger than monster in same step as it gave a pressure to Yang Chen unlike any other beast he had encountered so far.
Yang Chen thought " Today's gonna be a tough battle , this monster is way strong than any monster I have faced so far it can kill me if I took one wrong step so I need to caution and find the opportunity to injure it as soon as possible "
Yang Chen then took out his sword as he held it in hands then he used his movement skill, using his movement skill he disappeared as he reappeared near the body as he slashed his sword.
when sword came in contact with skin of scarlet scale python it could not injure him and could only put a small scratch on its body this surprised Yang Chen , python than flicked its tail towards Yang Chen to that Yang Chen hurriedly dodged tail of python as he retreated back.
Python then charged towards Yang Chen opening his mouth wide open as it was trying to swallow Yang Chen in one bite , Yang Chen then dodged his attack as he slashed his sword again and this time put all the strength in this strike when sword made contact with python skin , scales on its body cracked but it could not cause to much damage on its body but feeling pain coming from it's body he immediately attacked towards Yang Chen with it's mouth opened wide apart. Yang Chen dodged as it body appear on other side of python as it's tail reached Yang Chen body. He tried to dodge tail but fail to do so as tail came in contact with his body .
When python tail made contact with Yang Chen body "BANG" as Yang Chen was sent flying and he hit trunk of a tree which made Yang Chen injured as some blood drop was on corner of his mouth. He didn't get time to relax as python again lunged at him with his mouth open wide apart as he dodged rapidly and retreated and create come distance between him and python as he began to inspect his body ,his internal organ are shaken from impact of attack as he made him more alert as he could not take more of these kinds of attack as they can be life threatening.
This time he decided to take initiative to attack as he disappeared and then reappeared near python as his sword was raised high in air and then he slashed down while shouting " Tiger Slash " with this his sword glowed as spiritual energy formed layer around sword as it became sharp and then sword made contact with python as it easily cut his scale and made his way 6-7 inches deep into its body as blood poured out of his body it hissed in pain and then wriggled it's body as Yang Chen retreated backward.
