After some time since the escort group had left the Capital City, they found themselves inside the wagon. Kuber and Darryl sat comfortably, while the triplets seemed to be suffering from motion sickness.
"Master, how much longer do we have to travel? It's been hours since we left the city," Aric groaned, his hand over his stomach as he struggled to keep his nausea at bay.
"How would I know? It'll take a while," Kuber replied, casting an irritated glance at the triplets' plight and facepalming in frustration.
"I believe they might stop at a nearby town for some rest soon, considering it's already getting dark," Darryl chimed in as he peered out of the wagon.
Just as Darryl had predicted, the sun had set, and the escort team was growing weary. Eventually, the wagon came to a halt.
"We'll rest here for today," Caleb instructed his team, signaling the end of the day's journey.
