The large doors at the entrance of the hall slowly opened once again, revealing Valara. Her imposing presence filled the room, even though she walked with a grace that belied her authoritative position as the Master of the entire Quantum Echo Order.
Jian turned to greet her, giving a slight bow of respect, the soft fabric of his robes whispering against the floor. "Master Valara," he greeted.
Valara's discerning eyes swept over the room, taking in the ambiance left behind by the new students. "Jian," she began, her voice calm and melodic, yet carrying an undeniable power, "tell me, how did the new Seekers fare today?"
