The courthouse building Andrea and Kyle worked out of was expansive. While the ground floor was dedicated to the courtrooms and judicial offices, the upper floors housed a variety of legal functions, including several private defense firms who found the location convenient for business. They were the source of most of the Tims that Andrea encountered.
She was deep into Tim territory now. There was a discernible change as she moved through the building. The hallways were all maintained by the courthouse staff, and so had a uniform utilitarian appearance. But the offices she passed, visible through the glass doors, grew increasingly luxurious and well appointed, with filing cabinets and cubicles evolving into private offices and leather backed furniture.
